“I had a problem with some money I deposited into the ATM. I was very frustrated with it because the amount it said that I deposited was incorrect. However, the store manager helped me get my money back even though after doing a dispute the bank said I only deposited $15 which was completely wrong. Anyways, out of frustration and worry I was rude to the assistant manager and the store manager still helped me. I don’t know the words to express my gratitude! Thank you for having empathy!! When you live paycheck to paycheck the amount might seem small but losing it really turns your life upside down.”

“We have been doing business at this branch for over 19 years & we have never had one issue with this bank or it’s location. The staff are always friendly & helpful especially when my developmentally disabled sister in-law conducted her business at this branch.They have offered advice on many different instruments that they offer. Always with a smile! There were very few incidents that I can recall where the ATM was down? We have been with them when they were First Union. Then Wachovia & now Wells Fargo. It’s a pleasure doing business at Wells Fargo.”

“When Liberty went through the transition of their online program, something happened with one of my credit card bills and the payment did not process through. I received an alert, had to update their payment address and then they paid it via check which arrived after the due date. I connected with Kaleigh via the online message center and she addressed things right away for me. I uploaded a copy of the statement showing the late fee over the weekend and on Monday AM she responded and stated that fee had been deposited into my account. I appreciate their efforts and support.”
