Liberty Bank is one of the oldest and largest mutual banks, offering full-service financial services. Reviews note friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who provide fantastic and stellar service, offering solutions to resolve problems. The branch has comfortable chairs and a change machine. While most experiences are good, some mention minor annoyances, such as a manager being a bit of a stickler. Overall, it is considered the best bank around by long-time customers.
I recently switched banks and decided to try this one. The staff is friendly, but the wait times can be a bit long during peak hours. Overall, it’s been okay so far, just hoping for a quicker service next time.
