Bob's has been assisting me in trying to diagnose a misfire issue. Today he took a crack at it and exhausted all possibilities. He gave me some additional advice and would not take a single dime for time spent. Class act that is so rare these days.

Our car broke down right near Bob's. We'd never used him before but he was amazing and willing to look at it the next day. He gave an honest and fair assessment. I appreciated the transparency because we ultimately decided not to repair the car. It was a risk that even with some repairs it still wouldn't be salvageable. Bob could have easily convinced us to pay for a costly repair in hopes that it might work but he didn't. He gave us the information and time to think. There was no pressure at all. He wouldn't even accept any money for the time he took to assess it. His professionalism and integrity sets him apart from a lot of other businesses. I would do business with him again.

Went in expecting to pay 700 plus for repairs
Came out with three minor issues fixed for - little over 70 bucks
We need more honest mechanics like our guys at bobs - straight forward nonsense , super polite and good people
The dealership wanted over 700 dollars from my wife for something Bobs took care of in a few minutes and didn’t even charge for
Support your local shops!!!!!

Excellent, honest service. Brought my 1999 Grand Am in with issues stalling while starting. The issue wasnt repaired, per se, but it was resolved. It was driven home and back and the mechanic didn't have the issues I was having. He was honest, said he didn't have any issues and rather than charging me to diagnose it, told me to try out 93 octane fuel. Hasn't stalled out since I tried premium fuel. My car isn't worth the cost of repairs, and I thank Bob's Auto Service for their knowledge and honesty.
