“This Butcher feels like a speakeasy. It's a local legend, but there are barely any signs indicating where it is. The shop itself is inside a giant refrigerator. I've never had anything of less than excellent quality from here. Last week we organized an event for 600 people. I made pulled pork and barbecue chicken and hotdogs. They were very helpful in helping me to calculate the quantities of meat I would need. The service is excellent and every visit feels like a secret adventure.”
