Promess and promess but never show to do the job my contract was 6/26/24 their promess July 30 then August 9 , July 18 the bank gave them
The money now their don’t answer the phone , text or email …
Now I have deal with the bank or paid without getting the service

I chose to request a quote from this company for my parents house that needs a full deck replacement because of the great reviews I read, and being local to Middletown as i always prefer to support local businesses. A nice woman from the office helped take my information and set an appointment for them to come out and speak with my dad at the house for a quote. I had mentioned my dad would be coming from 30 minutes away. They sent an email a few days prior to the appointment confirming the date and time. The day came and nobody showed. My dad waited for 1 hour while I tried to contact them via every medium possible - called office and left a voicemail, replied back to the email confirmation asking if someone would be arriving soon, and sent a text to the number where I was texting with them initially to set up an appointment. It’s been 5 days and I’ve had ZERO response or acknowledgement of the missed appointment. My dad wasted 2 hours of his time traveling to and from and waiting for them to show up. Not sure how any professional company (especially one where we are trying to give them $20,000+ for a major project) can act like this.
Very unfortunate that they’ve lost a potential client with 3 homes that need project work and someone that wanted to support local businesses, because of their lack of professionalism or respect for our time.

SCAM! Never trust reviews! This company is a scam, the office is abandoned, and the salesperson, Jeremy Lively, is a crook who shows up at your house with a vehicle level from a ghost company. We signed a contract with this company 48 days ago, but they vanished. This thief uses our details to report the job done to the financial institution and withdraw the funds. My wife and I had Ciriello and Sons complete new siding on our home several weeks ago to replace the clapboard. (We got tired of the woodpeckers hammering away and wood beginning to rot in certain places). We chose Ciriello after meeting with several other companies and are totally happy with the price and quality of their work in replacing the siding as well as installing new gutters. Their crew was prompt and professional, completing the work in a few days. Their entire company from the owner, to the sales rep to the customer service rep and the top-notch crew were responsive to our requests and queries from the beginning to the end. We highly recommend Ciriello and Sons.

I used them to have my siding redone. There was no communication. They didn't use tarps or anything else to keep from making a mess. They left most of the trash on my lawn until they completed the job. They had to come back and redo some areas because there were gaps and some areas were not caulked properly. I still think there are areas they missed. I never met the project manager and the owener was dismissive. I feel like if they didn't want my business they should not have taken the job. I wish I had gone with another company. The product they used doesn't even look that durable. There are pieces around the windows that look bent from when they installes it. I think it was a cheap quick job.

We had a leak in our roof due to storm damage. Andrew was fantastic throughout the process. He explained every step, negotiated with our insurance company, and got us the maximum coverage possible. The workers were unbelievably fast, and meticulous about clean up. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about them. They are everything you would want in a contractor and their price was lower than other contractors for the same materials and installation. Ask for Jeremy if you need a roof!
