Becoming difficult to work out when the air inside the gym is equivalent to the temperature outside. There hasn’t been a public update in regards to fixing the HVAC.

The staff here are great, friendly and helpful. However, a lot of the weight machines, including their cable machines (which are missing a lot of attachments, and the ones they have are beat up) are old. They also don’t have enough cable machines and members tend to spend a lot of time on a machine without using it, so it’s difficult to get a machine that I want to use.

I love this gym. There is plenty of equipment, no one bothers you, and the movie room is great!

Don't waste your Money, the staff is rude, they change managers almost regularly, the current manager is RUDE, and a LIAR. They make it impossible to cancel and even if you freeze account, they still want to charge you. Also locker rooms smell moldy and equipment is out date and I don't think I've been there once where it all works.

Cheap, great equipment, clean and great staff. Somewhat busy but not too crowded. 24/7. Overall excellent experience. Not sure about cancellation policy.

Don't waste your money, This gym goes through managers almost monthly. The current manager is not only RUDE, but also a LIAR. The previous manager, was either ill informed or just straight up lied as well. Finally decided to just cancel, and the current manager is giving me the run around. The GYM itself always seems to have broken machines, locker rooms smell moldy, and the staff is far from friendly, they would rather hang at front desk and talk on the phone. I only stayed as long as I did because it was 24 hours. Its just not worth the aggravation. Save yourself the stress and Join Planet Fitness, which offers so much more.

I am very comfortable at this gym. The employees are friendly, equipment and gym is clean and sanitary and people are nice. My trainer Andrew is awesome and really cared about my safety, goals, and progress.

Love this gym! The people are friendly and the equipment is always up to my personal standard!The only thing I don't like is that there isn't someone working overnight for the 24 hour schedule. Some people can't get in during the day and if you are behind on a payment, they door locks and won't let you in. So ai feel like there should be someone there over night to help people out.Other than that, I love this gym. Ever since WOW closed it has been my go to.

Charged me twice yearly fees, although they promised me not to charge anything when I updated the membership to orange. When I updated the membership to orange, I signed the contract until April 30. But today, I went there to cancel the membership they charged me extra $89. I froze my account for 2 months, but they told me it moved my contract anniversary to November. My suggestion is to not to go there.

I’d recommend joining another gym. The contract is vague and difficult to exit. The equipment is simply mediocre. The most unfortunate part of this gym, however, are the staff members themselves. Possibly due to youth and/or inexperience in the workplace, the majority come across as rude and unprofessional; this includes management, who at worst have been dishonest over a minor issue (a lost personal item).

I just joined this gym and I suppose you get what you pay for. It'll do for now. Out of curiosity, I googled other gyms in town. They have amazing reviews. Ive read the reviews of 3 club24 locations and there are so many bad reviews (mostly about money and cancelling and all these people can't be lying or wrong when they're strangers telling the same story) Ive only been a few times now and the bathroom was less than desirable. A broken lock on the handicapped stall. It just seems lazy. So many small things can be fixed that make a difference even aesthetically. I have a feeling I won't end up staying here.

I had signed up to work out at this gym. I was very excited. I arrived for my "training workout" with one of the personal trainers. Despite being a beginner at weight lifting - something I told them over and over - they had me do step ups on a very high box. After leaving, I was in a decent amount of pain. I tried several times subsequently to go utilize my membership, only to have to cut short due to pain - even walking on the treadmill became difficult. I have been diagnosed with two hip labrum tears. I had put my membership on freeze (I had originally went in to cancel but the girl talked me into freezing instead). Cut to 4 months later and my credit card is being charged for a full membership again - no notice, nothing. Now they are telling me that I knew this 4 months ago when they emailed me about the freeze. According to them, I need to cancel my membership by either coming in person, or sending a letter. REALLY? In 2023? I am unable to drive because of a procedure I just had to fix my hip, so snail mail is the only option? What a joke. I shouldn't really be surprised though considering the shape of the gym itself. Definitely would not recommend.
