Some woman in the pharmacy had a nasty attitude. They called me with no mesaage, I called back and the lady was rude and loud asking me why I was calling. I answered her and she said "I heard that" How dare you talk to customers like that.

Terrible customer service. I showed up to pick up an RX. I know they close for lunch at 1:30. It was 1:27, no line and decided to grab some tide pods from the Aisle next to pharmacy. I walked back to Pharmacy desk at 1:28 and they turned me away as someone walked in behind me. RUDE. Come back later she said. There are 5 people behind the counter and I couldn't have been helped. Taking my business to Walgreens. This place sucks.

It's a skeleton crew at the pharmacy, every single time. Whenever you try to pick up a prescription, there is constantly a line at least 4 people deep. Don't even bother with the drive-thru as that is usually backed up and you'll spend 30+ minutes waiting but now with your car idling.
I'll be switching to Walgreens.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE SAFETY OF THEIR LIVES!!!
After many years of too many issues I finally have had enough! This recent issue should really have never even happened. First they for some reason had 2 accounts for me and when I asked to merge them I said merge the 2 prescriptions on the old account over to the newer one with my many other prescriptions. They just deleted the new account instead so now I have no online access at all. Then my doctor sent over prescriptions for a glucose monitor, lancets, and test strips. So because I cannot access my prescriptions online I have to call and leave a voicemail (only option now) and ask please call back when all prescriptions are ready. Eventually I received a call saying it was all set. I go and pickup they handed me a big bag and said everything was in it...but I get home...no test strips. I called and she said they aren't covered by my insurance. I said, well why wouldn't you offer me an alternative while I was there? I obviously can't use the machine without the strips!? No excuses just said "if I were you I'd call your insurance to find out what you can do." I've been a customer for 26 years, I never had them ask me to do their or the doctors work, but I do it because I need the strips, but had to wait till Monday. Insurance says they are supposed put it through the system and then we will request a prior authorization and you will get that prescription. She said they never even tried to put it in, never even attempted to fill my prescription! And just for reference, she is not new to this pharmacy..she knows how to do her job. She was just getting the easy ones out of the way. I put in a complaint to corporate about them deleting my account and about the test strips. Ever since then I get an email every couple-few days saying they passed my case along to someone else and that's it. No offer to fix my problem. No offer of a coupon off my next order or a gift card for wasting my time and gas money. Nothing. It's pretty bad when not only does the store not care but even corporate. In case anyone is wondering, no I do not recommend this company for anything at all whatsoever. This isn't even the first time they put my life in danger. You are better off being safe and going somewhere else

They apparently do not answer the phones here. Trying to call the pharmacy regarding RXs and status for a family member getting out of surgery. These are time sensitive things and I can't wait "Approx 1 hour for the team to call back."

This location is awful. They don’t care if you’re sick or your kids are sick. The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. They seem stressed and overworked. 3 people behind the counter. If you go to south main which is much better they have 5 or 6 people behind the counter.

The pharmacist Nazarene is very unprofessional and quick to judge a person by the medications they are prescribed. She also has absolutely no experience with hiring and on boarding of new employees, as well as training. I have switched Phamacies to Middletown Pharmacy all because of this lady. Wouldn't even give 1 star if I had the option.

Good morning I was recently at the CVS store on 675 Washington st Middletown and it was really nice to communicate@ navigate with Laurie the store cashier did you ever feel a little apprehensive about asking a stranger a random question? Well Laurie answered my question with assurance and kindness.
