I just have to say how courteous and knowledgeable the staff here is. Jerry helped me open my account within minutes of sitting down at his desk and Brett helped me secure an auto loan with absolutely no issues. Walking through the door I am always greeted with positive attitudes, the entire team is absolutely lovely.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years. I would just like to give recognition to the staff for the amazing support and kindness. Brett the bank manager is outstanding and helped me rebuild my credit score and savings to a standard that I’m happy with. Jerry and Lynn are always extremely helpful at the front desk and always have positive attitudes. I’ve referred multiple people to this branch and they love it. I will continue to use this branch for all of my current and future banking needs.

I applied for a loan using my car as collateral. I did not hear back for at least 2 weeks and finally got in touch with customer service to have a loan officer contact me. A loan officer did call; she was very rude and then hung up on me. There is a better and more emotionally intelligent way to handle giving denial responses instead of ghosting customers. I would not use this CU.

Outstanding customer service. Brett Gallitto helped me to refinance my auto loan and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the process super simple and fast and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and expertise.

Just had some paperwork notarized quick and painlessly. Couldn't get it done at my main branch bank at Webster so went here instead without issue. I really need to switch to this place like yesterday. Really good credit union. Always people there to get done what you need done when you need it.
