This spot is kind of tucked away, but it's worth tracking down. My daughter was looking for a petite sized prom dress (often a hard thing to find), and they had several to choose from for very reasonable prices - the first one she tried on fit like a glove! The two ladies in the shop were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it's clear they took so much pride in their work. Although the shop was small, it was very well-stocked and well-organized, and there were various areas with markdowns, some all the way to $1. We'll definitely be back!

Me(17 yrs old) as well as a few guys in my family(18 and 47 yrs old) had a wedding to go to today, we got suits from Ever After and they are amazing! The experience from the beginning was great, we were able to get appointments quickly and easily by just giving them a quick call. Ruth is so sweet and genuinely cares about you looking your best at whatever event you’re going to. She gave us advice on color and what to get and has years of experience. Another great thing is that her very talented husband does the tailoring! It’s super easy, she just needs to take some measurements and she will give the suits to her husband to take care of so there’s no stress about getting the suit and then getting it tailored somewhere else at a different location. She orders the suits from the west coast and has them delivered. my measurements are hard because I’m pretty short and have big shoulders and short arms but she and her husband did a great job! I would definitely recommend for whatever formal event you have coming up! (I’m going to try to add pictures but I don’t know how)

Every visit to this charming boutique is a lovely experience. The friendly, helpful mother-daughter team have become friends who totally “get” me. I rarely leave without buying something special that they just know I’ll love. The consignments they accept are flawless and the prices are more than fair. Check them out!

I heard that they sold men’s suits here and had an upcoming wedding to attend. I am SOO happy that I went there to check it out for myself. Not only do they sell men’s and kids suits and tuxedos but everything is custom fitted by their ONSITE tailor. I ended up getting suited myself and both my boys. Ruth made sure we would be perfectly fitted and had us come back for a final fitting the week before to make sure the boys didn’t go through any growth spurts. The final fit of the suits were just as amazing as the service we received by the family that owns the business. I would highly recommend checking this place out for any suits or tuxedo needs!!

Wonderful shopping experience! Ruth was welcoming and accommodating and encouraged shoppers to feel at home in the space. The items were well-organized and thoughtfully arranged; it was very easy to find sizes. I will definitely be returning with my daughter; this shop has officially been added to our list of consignment favorites!

My new favorite place to shop! I found this place online and I am so glad that I did! I love that this gem is a family business: daughter working with her mom AND her mother in law. All three women are so helpful and down to earth. The clothing selection here is by far the best selection I have ever seen at a second hand store. The clothes are clean, smell good and they even steam them before hanging them on wooden hangers.The best part of my experience was them suggesting items I should try on. I ended up finding amazing items that I never would have tried! I will be back for sure!!!

I was in the area today and enjoy consignment stores so I googled and Ever After came up. This is not your average consignment shop. Knowledgeable owners who are mother and daughter - helpful, gracious and kind. Every corner of this smallish shop makes you feel as though you're in a boutique. It was a pleasure and I will definitely be back.

This is one of my favorite consignment shops in Connecticut. It’s a small space with carefully, curated, clothing, shoes, and accessories. The owners are warm, welcoming, and thoughtful.
If you share your size and preferences with them, they will reach out when something comes in that you might like! They also have a Tailor available if you find some thing that needs alterations.
This is a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ shop!
