This branch of Firestone is extremely clean, welcoming and the staff are friendly. I've been here twice, not a complaint. The staff is very knowledgeable and admit when they can or can't do something, which gains points with me. Also, for some reason, they give you realistic quotes for the work needed, not inflated markups like the Firestone in Wallingford. I saved over $251 for the same thing I was going to have done in Wallingford. Honestly, it's worth the drive out to Middletown just to come to this place. Thank you!

Pre-scheduled appointments are worthless. First guy said 20 minute wait. Didn’t happen. Another guy said I would be immediately after another car that was up on their only alignment lift. Didn’t happen. Car wasn’t brought into the bay until 1 hour, 10 minutes after scheduled appointment. Oh, and btw, my previous alignment was brought into the bay 1 hour after another scheduled pre-appointment.

I had a great experience with this firestone, it was easy to make an appointment online and got everything done in store. Faye made it nice and easy to understand what I needed and was very transparent. He kept me informed of the progress and was upfront with pricing.

Technician Dave was more than thorough in completing front end work and an alignment. Top notch professional Master Mechanic with an eye for complete car mechanical health. Manager Chris was upfront with pricing, communication on expectations and time commitment. Store was well organized and clean. I would recommend Firestone Middletown as an example of superior car care with a knowledgeable staff who enjoy their jobs and provide superior customer service. Leave the expensive, dealership black box shenanigans aside and give Firestone a chance. I recommend this service center. It was an easy and transparent business transaction.
