I could not have had a better experience! I live in Manhattan and had tried three places here to be ghosted by two of them. I walked into Galleria with no expectation and was greeted warmly by Jenuarie and she was fabulous. She was patient in helping me decide what I wanted to do. I thought I could mix tile companies for an accent tile while never considering the exact dimensions of the tiles may not blend. She pointed this out and from that point I changed direction of what I was doing. After picking out tiles we went to the warehouse for the countertop and the first one I saw was the one I wanted. I also learned I need a fabricator which had not been mentioned to me previously. While waiting for sample tiles I saw some beautiful handmade tiles which I now think will be the accent tiles. I ordered one as the company is in California. The rest of the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and interested in what my plans were when We discussed the hand made tiles. The experience could not have been better. I saw the negative reviews and I can honestly say I can't imagine any of the staff being cold, indifferent or unhelpful. I highly, highly recommend Galleria in Middletown. I just wish we had a place like this in the city!

Great selection of tiles. Diane was wonderful and extremely patient with me since I had a difficult time making up my mind. She made the process easy. I would highly recommend stopping in if you're thinking about a remodeling project or new build.

Remodeling 2 bathrooms and went to pick out tile. Diane was more than patient with me; showing me all available options. Prices were reasonable and I was not rushed or pushed into something I didn't want. Overall it was a great experience. Especially since I hate shopping.

A very wide selection of tiles. All sorts of styles and colors. Friendly and helpful staff. Several areas such as indoor tiles and outdoor tiles.

When a company salesperson screws up & sends you to the MA/NH border to a supplier & then is untruthful about it to their employer…when the salesperson makes up a story to cya… when a company fails to follow through on contacting you & making a written promise to handle your need on an urgent basis….what do you do?You make sure to let others in need of a stone countertop where not to go! You make sure to tell your friends of the worse experience you’ve had with a supplier/contractor!Was my demeanor crisp in my last conversation with 1 of their sales people? Yes it was. Was I rude? No. I was being honest that I doubted they would follow through And I was correct!
