Lumber here is low quality and expensive. The staff are nice but not that helpful. The home and garden stuff is much more expensive than it should be.

Typical Home Depot. Staff is helpful, mostly, until you can't find something. Then it seems like staff is just as hard to find as what you're looking for. I eventually found some of the things I was looking for, compromised on a project because I didn't want to spend, chose the cheap way out. Didn't see everything I wanted, but got what I needed, so I guess it all worked out.

Terrible customer service, no pro desk on the weekends is one thing. Alex ibara at customer service who happens to be the only manager on staff on a Saturday can’t do a simple phone sale. Many angry customers standing in line waiting on phone sales. Contractors who frequent heavily especially on weekends. Easily wasted over an hour of my time on non sense that he would not call the direct number and only the corporate number. Then after all that he accepts it after I get the answering service to transfer the call. Which is no different than him just punching the number directly in. Which he claimed was store policy and if it is it’s a time waster and you need to do better if you want to keep contractors

Inventory is way off and the people who work there don’t care. Said they had over 100 of a product but non on the shelf and all I could get was “try a different store” don’t waste your time here.

The worst home Depot I've been to. They never have anything in stock, hardly any workers around to help. And if you're lucky enough to get help, it's minimal.

I had an excellent experience with ned...Rebecca and june.. They were all very, very helpful... They are the meaning of the words customer service. Excellent kind. Great sense Of humor..every thing you should need or want in a business. HOWEVER THE REASON FOR A 4 STAR ALMOST A 3 STAR IS BECAUSE.,... When I got there, I asked for help to find some things and they could care less. They just point me in a direction. That wasn't even correct. I had to wait to get help. not happy about that...again Ned Rebecca. and June get 5 stars..

This site is horrible. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare. Not sure why Home Depot doesn’t take Apple Pay either kinda stupid, seeing every other major and local business takes Apple Pay. More reasons not to frequent this place.
