I have had no bad nor negative experiences with this bank, I have only been inside several times and the staff always been helpful. Only complaint is that the bank seems rather small and not much room inside.

Came to this bank all the time but the new employees are very rude . Went through drive through there was no one inside and I could see that and had to ring the bell 4 different times before someone finally came . Then the lady had an attitude and the fiery thing she said to me was in the future you need to come inside if you want to make a bank check especially if there’s a line . I informed her there was no line and that I’ve gone there for years and have never had an issue or been told that at any liberty bank not just that location . She then tried to tell me she couldn’t cash my payroll check which I again informed her I go there every Friday cash and clear my check same day and have never had an issue and she continued to argue with me asking me who clears it for me . I then told her all the employees who have worked there clear it for me and I never have an issue it’s never the same person so I didn’t know her name but if you go into the system she can see I’m not lieing . Just very rude and unprofessional if you don’t like people or your job don’t work in customer service .

horrible branch pick a different one to go to. service sucks was at the drive thru for 5 mins no one came so i had to park and go in with only two people working talking about nails. i refuse to come to this branch only if i have too. waited 15 mins for a roll of quarters not sure why the drivethru is open if no one is there causing me to go in and wait another 10mins for a total of 15 minutes

Angela the operations supervisor and Nick one of the bank associates made my first experience with liberty bank an amazing one. Angela went above and beyond as a supervisor as well as customer service representative to liberty bank. Nick was very knowledgeable about the different attributes that liberty bank has to offer from opening a checking account to the home loan process. Both of these employees bring a special asset to liberty bank. Personally working with both of these individuals made me contemplate closing out any other accounts I have with my other banks and just trusting liberty bank with all of my financial affairs. Thank you to Angela and Nick you are such a pleasure to work with and so happy I decided to start banking with liberty.

I reviewed Liberty previously but my review vanished mysteriously. Liberty as a business is unethical. I had a checking/savings with them for nearly two decades. After fulfilling my contractual obligation with the local Planet Fitness and cancelling, my cancellation wasn’t processed correctly and the gym continued to bill me for 3 months fraudulently. I cancelled PF in person and because they were swamped at the time, (hence the incorrect processing) they didn’t give me documentation. I called Liberty, explained the situation, and asked the charges to be refunded. The rep immediately sided with the business and told me they couldn’t help me and that they wouldn’t even investigate. So Liberty Bank is in business by making money off of your life’s earnings, but they don’t have your back to protect those earnings when companies steal them fraudulently. Something to consider. Integrity is important. Brick and mortar banks are dated anyway. I cut ties with these guys and I’m making a killing in interest at Ally.
