never a mention of the total bill until DAYS after the work was done. work was set up by a third party and i was never contacted until the day before delivery. invoice (first mention of the total bill 4 days after delivery). they do not accept credit cards. HORRIBLE customer service!

Light Rigging is very professional and tries their best to cater to their customer's needs. They came in for us the next day and moved 2 machines and leveled them in under an hour.

In the last few months Light Rigging has moved machines for us twice, both of which were inbound from across the country. Pricing was decent and no damage to our new machines, everything went really smooth and as expected. They made sure the our equipment was in the right place before they departed. Sometimes a tweak here and maybe over there. The crews I have worked with and that have come out to our shops our both professional and courteous. They were very patient, willing and ready to move it if needed. In our large machine move, they brought out the bigger forklift, they can move the smalls right down to the really big items. We have used a few riggers for our machine moves, and L. Rigging is one of the companies on the top of our list.
