Staff we encountered were lovely: welcoming, friendly & helpful. But $25 charge per watch for a simple sizing adjustment that literally takes 2 minutes is truly excessive. I know for a fact that PJ Jewelers next door in Main St Market offers the same service for $5.

I took a watch in for a bracelet adjustment and in spite of the long process involved the jeweler was so patient and kind. I was very impressed.
