Contacted Mark at Massirio Enterprises to get some waterproofing and key fob programming done on my 2023 Fisker Ocean. He was up to speed on the vehicle and got everything done right in about an hour. Great guy and fair price. Will def recommend and use again. Thanks Mark

I’m not someone who normally writes reviews however, in this case I made it a point. I had been searching for vehicles for months and in each, and every case was completely disenchanted. Not necessarily because of the vehicles But more disenchanted with the lack of customer service and honesty. When I met Mark, I found a vehicle on his lot that fit my needs perfectly. I asked him if it was OK if I could have my local mechanic do a run through. Without hesitation, he not only said yes. he actually drove the vehicle to my town and sat there while the vehicle was inspected. I love the fact that he was so forthright and upfront. I had just recently seen him and I mentioned to him that this purchase was probably one of the most significant and satisfying that I have experienced. My son will be looking for a vehicle shortly and you can bet Mark will be the one and only person we call.

This is the most delayed review I have ever given a business, but I remembered Mark and my experience with his business today after purchasing a car in a different country and I felt the need to do it. I bought a 2006 Nissan Sentra from Mark in November 2015. It was my first ever car purchase as an international graduate student and I felt a bit uneasy in most dealerships I shopped around at. Pushy salespeople, high fees for financing, a bad gut feeling in general. Mark was the opposite of that. He showed me the car twice, once apologising that it was not ready and still needed some exhaust repairs and a second time when it was ready. The bit that I don't think I'll forget though was his honesty when it came to financing. He asked me if I had good credit and when I responded positively he encouraged me to get financing at the credit union down the road for better rates than he could offer. I saved a few hundred dollars thanks to his honesty, based on the numbers I was quoted elsewhere. The car ended up being quite good for its age, reasonably cheap to maintain and lasted me until I left the US 5 years down the road when I sold it in still decent shape. Thanks Mark and I hope you are doing well.

Mark was great to work with. Everything he said about the Chevrolet Tahoe was accurate. I was a little hesitant buying a vehicle 800 miles away but Mark took care of all the transportation to my home. Very Satisfied with my purchase and would buy a vehicle from him again.

Great experience buying this vehicle from Mark. He was honest, fair, and easy to deal with. You can tell he takes the time to select quality cars and will just not put anything on his lot. Plus the car was fully and expertly detailed and looked like new inside. He and his dad Gene made the process an easy one!
