“I had a great experience working with Tim at PC Richard & Son. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain the differences between the options without making me feel pressured. His product knowledge really stood out, and he was able to answer all of my questions clearly and confidently. Tim was helpful, patient, and genuinely made the shopping experience much easier. I would definitely recommend asking for Tim if you’re looking for someone who really knows the products and can help you find the right one.”
“Bill Derose took us to exact what we needed and responded graciously and kindly to all our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and how they differed.
I would tell anyone looking to buy a mattresses to trust Connecticut Mattress to meet their needs and find them the perfect- comfortable mattress!”

“Anthony was great and super accommodating. I ended up using the Acima for checkout and he was able to help me troubleshoot the issue in the backend. Super easy, very hassle free. Him and the manager even let my charge my dying phone.
Thank you!”
