Very unprofessional all they want is your money all these hidden fees, charging me I have unlimited everything and they put all these extra fees on my account and I never even agreed to them. Hiring all these young staff, not even communicating well the unlimited data even sucks I don’t recommend this place to anybody. Cricket is even better.

I went into the store today and Joshua assisted me. Joshua exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond to assist me. The customer service was absolutely incredible. I appreciate Josh for being patient and taking his time to assist me.

The guy that gave me a plan that didn’t even explain to me what plan they were gonna give me literally nothing now my phones data sucks like it cuts on and off for no reason causing it to glitch and the touch screen part of my phone doesn’t work so literally I don’t even want the number anymore or the service I rather get my money back and never ever return there ever again

I had a wonderful experience today at this location with Haley! I want to shout out her name because she was incredibly competent, patient, educated on service and products and an excellent communicator. I went there with my mother to have her iPhone activated and her number transferred. We showed up about 30 minutes before closing time, and Haley spent an additional 20 minutes with us after closing. She went above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. My mother was thrilled! It is experiences like these that continue to drive brick and mortar retail sales. Highly recommended!
