Working with Carmelo and his team was amazing! What a knowledgeable, informative and kind group of people. Carmelo was there for us every step of the way and made himself available to us 24/7 ! My wife and I had endless amounts of questions and concerns as this was our first home purchase. Carmelo was patient, accommodating and never seemed bothered. Even when it was late at night or on the weekends , he ALWAYS made time for us. He was extremely prompt and responsive when it came to texting and calling and it never felt like he was out of reach. We truly appreciated having an expert like him on our team. He made the whole process feel less stressful and overwhelming.Also, he was great at interacting and negotiating with the sellers agent. He truly is an expert in his field and will go to bat for you no matter the situation.
