This place is a real gem! Good old fashioned service. A friend recommended them to me a few years ago and I have had nothing but positive experiences. They are knowledgeable, experienced and courteous. I feel they are fair and honest and everyone is so pleasant. I haven't received any coupons, but I won't go anywhere else now even though other places do send me coupons. I'm grateful to have found them and right here in Middletown! Thank you!

From the first time I came to this Midas I knew I could trust the workmanship. The owner will be honest and if you need something done and if you don't will let you know. Crystal sits in the front doing all the paper/computer stuff. She's always pleasant and friendly. I'll just keep coming back.

Midas provides thoughtfulness and high competence. While my spouse and I sometimes take our Subarus to the Subaru service center, this Midas service center is closer to our home and always provides stellar work.

Went to NC to help family. Muffler came lose. Brother wired it up to get home to CT. Came in, and they were able to replace my muffler that day. Will be back for regular serviçe.

I had an oil leak this am. I arrived at sometime after 9:15 and they said they would be able to take a look at it in about 20 minutes, which they did, in even less than 20 minutes. They were able to fix the problem and I was out of there by 10am. Jeff was great. So thankful!

I came here for questions on charging my a/c. Come to find out they don't just charge a/c. They flush & a bunch of other stuff. To me tht sounds like more $$. I don't think tht should happen like tht unless specified by the customer.
