Never made it to catch the bus if the customer service representative behind glass was soliciting with coworkers would have maybe made the bus ..
If he was not
Also went back to window for more information he was on his phone and computer acting like he was busy only a few buses run to Portland
They really need better customers service skills and to pay more attention to customers and giving information
I would not put myself in this position again

The staff in the inside are horrible there rude when u ask them for help they say they can't do anything or don't know any bus info they like threatening you with trespass if u stand up for ur self

Love the drivers! Especially Kim <3 she’s an angel and deserves a raise.As for the low review, the actual men at the bus station, are disgustingly rude.1st time, I stepped three steps inside to ask a simple question. The round, older man basically pushed me out the door for having rollerblades on.2nd time today, the same older man started yelling at me while I was walking to the side walk after I got a look on the buses on the side.Disgusting how these men treat citizens and fellow bus riders.I will put in a formal complaint to the Department of Labor if this happens again.And I am a 5ft female. I don’t appreciate the disrespect from these men.

I’m beyond fed up with Middletown area transit/river valley transit! They keep changing the schedule . I got the map, I live up west lake it’s supposed to be here like every hr at the 17 minute mark like 8:17 then 9:17… I come out even a couple extra mins early no one wants to wait 15 mins outside when cold. 8:17 comes around don’t see bus so I call them. The bus is already at fedex on the way to Walmart. That is ridiculous that means they would have been here at like 8:10 or something when they supposed to actually be here at 8:17. The point is if it says it’s supposed to be there or leave there at a certain time they need to wait for passengers. We are paying customers. I’m tired of it I’ve missed several busses because of the fact and had to waste a lot of money on Ubers as well. I would have been late to work if I waited for the next bus. Do better Middletown area transit/river valley transit for real!

Disrespectful non-aboriginal Americans telling me I can't smoke on my land I told him I don't follow policies codes and statues there was no crime committed didn't harm anyone so why are you bothering me now I have to put a lien on a smart guy for discrimination drivers are good this has nothing to do with them just a few degenerates that don't know the law of the land

Bus drivers are friendly and helpful. Buses are comfortable and air conditioned. A great experience.

The bus ride was great !! Soon as we stepped off the bus we were profiled by the police department watching the city wasn't very friendly felt like the old civil rights days

I just want to say, I really wanted to give them one (1) star. However, after thinking about it, I really can't just give them one (1) star and give the whole company of poor rating just because of my experience with one bus (590 M-Link).590 M-LinkI understand that we're dealing with public transportation, it's not possible for the buses to be on time all the time. At the same time, it's virtually impossible for the bus to be late every single time. Nevertheless, the bus driver operating the 590 M-Link, makes it happen every single time. This bus is so late sometimes, it is kept at the terminal until its next scheduled departure in order to put the bus back on schedule, and it's still ends up back off schedule when it gets to Meriden Train Station. Ridiculous!I made a complaint, and Tim called me back yesterday. He told me that they were meeting with, and retraining drivers. Anything short of replacing the driver makes no sense.Their overall customer service could use a tune-up. But if I write anymore, this will be a short story. ?
