This may depend on who you get to actually do your nails, but I didn’t have a great experience. They were friendly and kind, but I’m not impressed with the work I was given. My nails are uneven, different lengths, don’t cover my full nail bed and I was cut multiple times. The design and the polish are great, but the acrylic itself and application was a mess. Hopefully they’ll take this critique and improve their techniques.

I want to say Everytime I come here I get the 5 star treatment! I been coming here for almost a year now and I can say I love how thorough and how neat the place is and how lovely the staff is. I love how friendly everyone is and how well my nails turn out I get the dip nails and it's amazing how strong they are

Had an appointment for 2:30 today. I got there at 2:20. Only 2 girls working and they took a walk in just before I got there. I waited 20 mins and walked out. Neither girl was within 30 mins of being done. Won't ever go back!

I been coming here for about 2 months now and I am always always impressed they take their time and make you leave with a smile on your face. I love the time they take I don't feel rush or uncomfortable. Amazing work ladies

I went to this salon couple times. Always very bad service they always speak in their own language about me. They give me dirty looks too.
I swear i did my nails three times with them and my nails always break after 1 week and a half like they just come off. I don’t work nor i am harsh with my nails i always get short full set.
And always my nails look like i need a fill after i get them done and after 2 weeks looks like i need a whole new set.
They always do them bulky not smooth i had to go back to file them down.
And on top of the bad service and poor job and expensive nails. I always tip and be nice to them.
And also they charge almost $10 for 10 small diamonds one on each finger!!!! Like very very small diamonds.
I tried to be nice and kind and go back to them and give them a chance but sorry i couldn’t!

Requested style: I got regular nail polish (not gel). It's lumpy. My tech was sick. She should have taken the day off. Price was very reasonable.

Went last week to get my a gel manicure and love how the design came out. I asked for purple French tips with flowers on the ring finger and was very happy. I've been going here for 10+ years now and have never been disappointed

Got my nails done here today and super happy how they turned out! I made an appointment the night before online and walked in and immediately was serviced. The woman who did my nails paid great attention to detail with the design and executed it exactly like the picture I showed her! I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been going here for years for pedicures (always amazing) but stopped getting my hands done with new ownership. They never have and never will honor your appointment. I made an appointment two weeks in advance and waited the WHOLE service (hands and feet) on my mom before they even started mine. I was there for 5 hours. My toes came out perfect. But I got a full acrylic set, they are all angled upward and some not quite straight. The main woman kept getting annoyed at me when I asked her to fix them. I was supposed to get French gel with chrome. She spent 40 min trying to get them straight and couldn’t get a single one not slanted to the left that I just had her do plain chrome over the nude base. And she was super rude about it trying to say they were straight even when another woman said they weren’t. My mother and I were charged over $300. For one gel pedicure, one regular polish, one regular polish hands and one acrylic set. Before tip. Absolutely insane. I miss the way it was :(

I will always go to Mandy to get my nails done. She is amazingly talented and takes her time. I asked to her to do a design with red and pink, and she did a beautiful job! Pic from today included. I am obsessed with my nails! I highly recommend this place!

Very good. The young lady who did mani-pedi was helpful, patient & thorough. Accidentally nicked cuticles twice but thankfully no blood. Wish I had told her to apply polish across the tip of fingernails too, as mini-chips already visible in a day. 2 big screens & no yelling improved the ambience.

Had a 130 appointment for me and my daughter, showed up at 115 my daughter's service did not start til around 145 and mine around 2 . But not before walk ins were entering and being serviced before me to the point I had to ask if someone was gonna start my nails seeing I made an appointment for me and my daughter to get our nails done at the same time. My daughter had a 15 min head start but yet my tech rushed and caught up and finished my set before my daughter had one had done .she drilled my nails and tried to paint them before asking me to wash my hands my daughter was as irritated as I was at this point so she questioned the tech and asked of I wasn't supposed to wash my hands because there was a ton of dust on my nails and cuticles she was gonna paint ontop of. She was rushing my service to get to the Walk in. The shape of my nails was horrible me and my daughter both asked for the number 8 shape which is a coffin shape, my daughters nails were beautiful they look natural and shaped perfect mine were sharp and pointy boxy and horrible. Ended up having my daughters tech finish my nails and would not go back again .Bella was wonderful and tried her best to fix my nails and she was polite and respectful. The original tech mandi left much to be desired she is not a good nail tech she has bad people service skills and I would never go back to her again.
