Appt was fine. They did what I went there for. But staff wasn't very personable.

This is the 3rd time I have received blood work at this location and each time, it’s been painful and left a bruise. This time was particularly bad, their phlebotomist need more training

Needed a pre employment drug screen and set an appointment for 9:20 AM. Sat down and waited until 9:30 when one of the only 2 people working comes out and tells the plethora of people waiting that they don’t have any one certified to do drug screening and that I’ll have to go to another location to get it done. The drug screen needs to be completed that day. So then I’m going to be late to work and have to travel the opposite direction.

I arrived 5 minutes late, but I was forced to sign up for a 50 minutes later new appointment. Quest staff did tend to me until 20 minutes past my appointment time. Quest punishes patients for being 5 or more minutes late, but the staff is allowed to keep patients waiting 20 minutes plus past the appointment time. This Quest policy is hypocritical. Moreover, the lack of a front desk means the phlobotomist spends way too much time with paper work before your blood is drawn. Quest has had horrendous patient service ever since Quest eliminated the front desk staff.

I always have some sort of problem here. I constantly have long wait times even if I schedule an appointment well in advance. They frequently come in late and close earlier than their listed hours. I have had a full range of experiences with their phlebotomists- some are skilled and kind and others are unprofessional and tactless. Their check-in kiosk is quite nice, however, and the building is clean.

Made appointment for some test that went well. I had to do a test and return it to the lab. I checked in and sat for over 30 minutes to drop off. I left and left the sample there. Staff informed me I had to wait and I walked out. They informed me they would discard the test. I will never go to another quest again. They have always been a mess for as long as I can remember.

Having a scheduled appt doesn’t not help and they don’t disclose they are running late. No way to speak with anyone unless they come out to get someone

The girls who work there taking blood could be a bit more friendly. Clearly they don't love their job! At least it was pretty painless.

I m not sure why you block out times for appointments I scheduled for 930 and didn’t get in until 10:15. Having a tech that wears a face mask that sits below their nose does not fill me with confidence, if you are going to wear one at least wear it right

Terrible customer service. The staff make walkins wait even after 45 minutes of waiting when others are coming in 15 and 20 minutes before their appointments. I had an appointment and came early but one staff member told me I was next and then kept skipping me. The manager said I needed to be on the standby list instead of the appointment list AFTER I’d already been waiting 45 minutes and had asked the first staff member what to do. Why wouldn’t you take the person with the appointment who has been waiting BEFORE the person who just walked in and is very early? Especially when they’re fasting. I could have go have gone elsewhere and next time I will.
