Decent car wash and well kept but ice cold water is not conducive to removing dirt. Sure, the powerful spray nozzles get surface dirt off but not the deep down stuff. I'd rate this car wash at the top if they'd only heat their water. Unfortunately that's rare and the one that did in Middletown is now closed.

W car wash. There was this dirt spec on my windshield that I thought the machine was gonna miss, but they got it with the power dry. Got the silver wash- probably not worth $11 if you want to wash it regularly, but a fun activity to make you giggle.

Usually pretty good. Especially the self service wash option. But today I paid $20 for touchless automatic and I feel like it missed the back end of my under body. And didn’t give me enough time. ? Which is what I went there for to get any salt off there. Also sometimes the pressure is lacking and or doesn’t seem like much soap is coming out. A lot during the colder months. Maybe because a lot of cars go there. Wish my car could go through again but another $20 is a lot.*Edit* But besides that customer service is awesome. If any issues you can call the phone number, and the owners are very responsive!

Seen a great deal of auto washes in my day. Here in New England and as far away as California. In fact years back I managed two reputable state car washes. Many car washes fail to periodically hose down their brushes or keep all the equipment on the line operating at top peak. Results soap remains on your vehicle. Water and streak lines afterwards. At Reflections you see your car as if it literally had an exterior detail. Its very important here in New England to attend to your vehicle with 4 seasons and various conditions. This isn't your typical car wash. Local residents know this. When you are in town stop by you will not be disappointed.

Do not use credit card.I was charged $25 for a car wash with soap about two months ago. It was difficult to navigate the menu as well...and you are on the clock. This has happened to other customers I am told.I reached out and the owner and his wife sent me a coupon for the difference. They seem like good people who want to make things fair. However, they did not go out of their way to consider the inconvinence to me.

Do not use credit card.
I was charged $25 for a car wash with soap about two months ago. It was difficult to navigate the menu as well...and you are on the clock. This has happened to other customers I am told.
I reached out and the owner and his wife sent me a coupon for the difference. They seem like good people who want to make things fair. However, they did not go out of their way to consider the inconvinence to me.
