My refrigerator stopped working a couple days ago called up Rent-A-Center Middletown spoke to Sonia not only did she hook me up with a fridge that fits the space better but matches all of my other Samsung appliances better than my current fridge ever did. And she got it delivered to me in 48 hours because my fridge had broken. 10 out of 10 will go back to Sonia when I need to replace my stove which should be pretty soon. Louis and Devon came to deliver they were on point they were very quick they were very gentle didn't hurt a single thing. Big fan will be back.

We have had bad experiences in the past but we took a chance and we called and placed an order with Sonia in the middletown store she went over and beyond and got our order fulfilled and scheduled this week.

They are the worst very bad customer service bad experience period these people don’t deserve to have honest clients due too I was 2 weeks late on a payment due to my husband was in the hospital and they refuse to extend the payment were we was going to finish payment due to we only owed 309 on some sofa I will never get anything from there ever again.

After having our 4000$ refrigerator that was less than one year old die on a Friday morning in the heat of summer we were in dire need of a refrigerator. The repair person was not available for one week so we needed it bad . I called this fine establishment on Friday evening and lo and behold we had a nice clean well running refrigerator expertly delivered in less than 24 hours . Everyone was polite and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!
