That, last year I purchased a 2013 BMW 750 XDrive from RT3 Auto Mall. Hector, the owner was great and very transparent concerning the vehicle and the transaction. Hector was great to work with and my BMW has had no issues. I recommend this dealership highly. Thanks again Hector.

Bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot. Hector is very easy going and very easy to deal with. I went to look at a vehicle I saw online and was purchased and ready to take off the lot the next day! He acknowledged that the rear brakes were not perfect and told my girlfriend to return in a month and he'd take care of it at no charge.Would rather someone be honest like this then lie and say everythings perfect. Some very minor issues with the vehicle(nothing that would deter the purchase or hinders the performance) but when it was brought to his attention he quickly offered to have the vehicle brought in and checked. Have not taken him up on the offer yet as my girlfriend is waiting til she goes down for the brake repair. Will definitely revisit him when the time comes for another vehicle. He even let my 3 year old feed his fish which meant alot to my son! I hate the car buying process some dealerships create, but Hector made it beyond simple and very laid back. I highly recommend if you're in search of a used vehicle

Excellent service! We stopped in on a whim after being disappointed at a different car dealership, and Hector took excellent care of us. We found the perfect car and bought it the same day. It was the fastest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend route 3 automall and working with Hector.

Brought a car for 10,000 cash !2 months later the engine goes ! The car broke down literally almost killed my husband on the highway ! We were told the car had no issues after having the car for 3 weeks we noticed brakes roaders needed to be replaced as well as all 4 tires needed to be replaced . My husband also had to have other repairs done costing us around 3,000 total ! I sent my sister to him to get a car her engine has currently failed and she’s waiting for repairs to be done .. This guy is robbing people and him and his whole crew is on drugs !We will definitely being filing a suit against him ! I hope it was all worth it ?

You’re the only one who overcharged anyone how’s to car only worth 4,000 but you charged us 10,000. Your not gonna win baby see you in court ? and I will be at the dmv in the morning it’s slow for you

Bought an suv from them. Seemed OK in the beginning. Then the lack of communication started to happen. Finally after a month the suv was ready. Said they fixed an oil leak, but didn't. Asked them to split the bill with me, never heard from them again. Also they didn't pay my trade in off on time causing me to contact my bank. Shady and sketch business. Wouldn't recommend unless your ready to fix things on your car yourself. Horrible communication.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the customer service. Hector went above and beyond for us. We walked in told him what we wanted and our walk out price and he exceeded every aspect of this transaction. I would recommend this place a million times over. I give 2 stars.The beginning of the the sale of my Nissan Altima was great they were helpful with me and great in the sales aspect.Since I’ve had the car in possession I’ve had nothing but issues and have brought it back multiple times only for the problem to never get fixed I don’t even actually believe my car was ever even looked at.I’m very disappointed and the lack of communication is was horrible.Though I’m grateful for the help in getting in this car I think they have mechanics that don’t actually know what there doing as well as I don’t feel like there very honest.Definetly sad to say.
