If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a scam! Their customer service is terrible. They lied and said their service would be the same as Vivint, no changes to anything. That was all a lie. I have been trying to cancel this service for over 4 years and have been told I cannot without paying out $65 a month for the remainder of the 5 year contract for a total of $3,900.00. So I've put up with their b.s. and yearly follow ups trying to take my cancellation letter off file. They have not attempted to help me until this year when the contract is almost up. I told them there is no way and that letter is to stay on file. Called today because the system keeps going off for no reason and I can't get any help.DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SHS!!!

We have been with Safe Home Security for almost 4 years. I've only been in contact with one representative, named Yuri. I was very pleased with her knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in installing an alarm system. You won't be disappointed. Great job, Safe Home Security!

one of the worse experiences ever with this company with the customer service and billing department, they make it soo hard to cancel a plan that you don't need anymore. SOLD my house March 2023 and they make it so hard to cancel. Make sure to read the fine lines if you decide this company and don't recommend to do any long term contracts.

Be careful doing business with this company. I was a customer for over 7 years. My card expired and instead of calling me to update, the late payment, they submitted to my credit. After 10 years of perfect payments, they messed it up because my card expired. If you are considering doing business with them, be wary.
