Customer service is a joke.No sense of urgency. They look at you, don't acknowledge you and work at a snail's pace. Lousy attitude reflected in their miserable faces. Actually witnessed a customer and a cashier exchange unplesantries. Front end supervisor did not say or do anything.

This place went down hill!!! Watch what you buy it’s not fresh anymore the shelves are sitting probably because Big Y opened down the street and is much cleaner and the product moves off the shelves! Couldn’t make our Christmas appetizer because I opened Pillsbury crescent roll that I needed So I ran to Stop & Shop which was a little closer to me and it was completely molded!!! Should have drove the extra 2 Minutes!!! Don’t go it’s awful!!!

After their card system went down again (multiple times a year including apple pay) they don't tell you until your at the register. On top of that, the cashier I had was rude and demanded to handle my card to force the card system to work (funny how it didn't work we had to pay cash)

order their fried chicken for a family event specified pieces as the breast provided was to large could feed 3people requested thighs, legs and wings pieces be more than breast pieces.

I can’t stand the price games. Nearly every visit to any stop shop I find the price is always higher than the advertised prices on select items. The standard reaction is to send someone to the isle to confirm or have you see customer service. Sorry not worth .50. I’ll be going to other stores for the bulk of my shopping.

The employees are beyond rude. I honestly can’t believe this stood still open. I truly hope big Y puts them out of business they get what they deserve!
Also do not buy meat here. No butchers what’s that tell you.

I never thought that I would have write this about a supermarket where people from all walks of life goes too but here we go ! The people are rude and some of the customers are racist , I don’t know why caucasian people feels superior to other races and that they could say anything to you like an unruly toddler with no home training. I will NEVER go back !
