A friend of mine went there a few years ago, did the opposite to how he wanted his hair plus his hair was on the long side and weird there was not much on the floor, the hairstylist no doubt saved his hair so could make a few extra bucks selling his hair with his permission. He did notice her putting something in the draw from the corner of his eye. He never went back there

I arrived for my early appointment with Kate. I asked her to trim my pixie cut. I am always afraid of trying a new stylist. She was professional and clearly listened to what I wanted. I am very pleased with the cut and hope to see her again. Thank you, Kate.

I applied to work at supercuts for a manager position in Wallingford and ended up working in Middletown. Not to mention I’m also self employed I thought I can juggle both occupations. While working at supercuts there was alot of unprofessional behavior going on and also it was hard for me to take my appointments outside of work because the schedule for the week was given to us the night before so I never would know when I had to work. I use to work at a different supercuts fresh out of hair school in 2009-2017 I’ve never known the company to be so unorganized. I decided to just keep working for myself because of all the confusion. I returned the key to the store and collected my belongings. The manager was so unprofessional I kept asking her about my last paycheck I kept getting hung up on and avoided about it. I called owner he blocked me and never answered my calls or emails. I waited until the actual pay day and I never received my check so tacky. It’s ok because I contacted dept of labor. I would never recommend this place for anyone to go or work. Especially when I was one of the best stylist there. I’ll stay at my business where I don’t have to deal with not receiving pay for my work. This is my work and I’ve always been bomb at what I do.

I told them to line me up and he made it so slanted I decided to tell him to cut nothing off the top so I can hide my hairline

They are all not good ... some are and some are not depending on how long a stylist has been doing hair if hired from out of school they get extra training ... but takes at least a couple of years being on the cutting floor to be good at it ...

Employees were friendly. Unfortunately, the haircut didn't go well despite showing the hairdresser pictures of how I wanted my son's hair cut and describing it. I specifically asked not to cut the bangs too short as the picture demonstrated, yet she cut it way too short.

Been going to this location for years. It's a mixed bag; usually they do a good job. Don't try to go near opening time though as they aren't there on time.
