Their new ATM system took my debit card “for security reasons”. It was after business hours and I lost ability to access funds or even try another ATM.
When I returned to the branch in the morning I confirmed there was no security issue or valid reason for my card being held. They then had the audacity to ask if I wanted a credit card to prevent future issues?
Garbage bank, garbage representatives.

I had a problem with some money and check I deposited into the ATM. I was very frustrated with it because the amount it said that I deposited was incorrect.Bad experience!

Horrid experience, booked multiple appointments only to be forgotten or, most recently, turned away as they were too busy. Now, despite moving next door to their branches address, I have to instead pay cab fare to a branch 3 cities away (15 min/$15 there and 15 back, car is away) to open an additional account. Stay far away from this branch from the getgo, if possible, future customers!

This review is solely about this branch, as opposed to a banking issue, or TDbank as a company. Ran horribly. Have had to wait multiple times including when appointments booked! (this time I finally said enough and walked out despite my goal of making another account). There were no folks waiting before me, and all appointment slots were Free when i did book them (indicating it shouldn't have been an issue!). The various excuses I received do not add up. I am going to drive to a different TD bank branch in another city (over 15 minutes there and 15 back) in the next few days in order to accomplish my banking needs...and since my car isn't available it'll cost $30 in ridefare to see someone. they're That bad! I wish there was a regional manager for feedback, and how they can improve. I've spoken to multiple representatives to give feedback about the store so with luck, the store can Listen and Improve.

Literally the worst bank I have ever been to.Worst customer service ever, liberty and citizens are wayyyy better customer service...TD bank are like mindless robots who don't help customersPlaces with customer service this bad should not even be open ...

I had a problem with some money I deposited into the ATM. I was very frustrated with it because the amount it said that I deposited was incorrect. However, the store manager helped me get my money back even though after doing a dispute the bank said I only deposited $15 which was completely wrong. Anyways, out of frustration and worry I was rude to the assistant manager and the store manager still helped me. I don’t know the words to express my gratitude! Thank you for having empathy!! When you live paycheck to paycheck the amount might seem small but losing it really turns your life upside down.

One of the worst banks that I ever been. The manager was rude. Customer service did not provide a realistic answer to resolve my problem. The manger establishment was drastically different than other management. I Adviced to anyone go to this branch. Please do not contact with this Management discrimination is far away. The manager start screaming at me without any reason. Please Adviced this management to be polite with your customers. As a customer I need to have a good or at least a realistic improve how they treat the customer management. At this point am going to close my bank account. Checking account and saving account. In addition my credit card account. All my family I will Adviced to move from this bank. As none had the obligation to discriminate a customer for her color, accent, religion. Thank you for treat your customers this way !

Do NOT use ATM. Went this morning to deposit money and in the middle of the deposit the ATM shut down. Now it has my money AND card and the bank doesn’t open until 2 more hours so I can’t resolve this. Shame on them for this non working ATM have always had problems with this location and the machine.

Wouldn't have any stars but had to do 1 to do a review!DO NOT USE ATM! IT TOOK 400 OF MY MONEY THIS MORNING WITHOUT GIVING IT TO ME... I GO INSIDE, MANAGER SAYS THEY BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT BUT THEY ARE NOT SMART ENOUGH TO POST ON MACHINE THAT IT IS OUT OF ORDER!!!!!AFTER GOING THRU EVERY STEP TO INCLUDE HEARING IT COUNT MONEY, IT WOULD NOT OPEN WHERE MONEY SLOT DELIVERS. SHAME ON YOUR BANK FOR KNOWING IT AND STILL DOING NOTHING!!
