I could not have asked for more than the service I got from Debbie Huscher and the Huscher team. As this was an estate sale I felt confused at times about the process and she was always there to help me through. Debbie was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable about the entire process, helping us set a price, and present the home in a way that resulted in a bid $50,000 over our asking price! Incredible! Debbie Huscher is very competent, professional and hardworking. She took great photos of our property and sold it 3 times within the first 2 days! She is a great listener and was respectful and sensitive to my needs. Not pushy at all. On another note, Debbie had sold us this house in 2011 and had helped us out whenever I had questions even though she was not our agent at the time.
