Looking for an item, it says 4 are in stock in store online, go to the store, they don’t have them. I try to schedule an in store pickup for this same item, so they can transfer it from another store or whatever they need to do, and the website barely loads. Stuck loading no matter what device I use.
Go in person if you want to guess if stuff is in stock or not I guess

Incredibly unprofessional manager at Middletown location. The response providing a phone number is only to make it appear as they care. I already called that number BEFORE leaving my review, no one will answer or respond.

Poor customer service and off-putting attitude from employees. Clearance items were advertised as having an additional percentage taken off at the register. Cashier refused to honor the posted signage and would not call a manager over to discuss.

This is a review of the veterinary services only. Not the store. They hold veterinary services every other Sunday in a 90 minute window with no appointments. It's first come first serve. Showed up at 4:10. After waiting 45 minutes, I inquired as to how much longer they thought. There was still at least 10 dogs in front of me so was told the wait would be probably more towards another hour. Needless to say I left. I couldn't be there with my dogs for nearly 2 hours waiting for shots. You would think that they would have a better system like I don't know....Maybe take appointments with 15 minute windows like Petco and Petsmart does rather than expecting people to sit there for nearly 2 hours or more with their animals on leashes and in carriers. Completely unacceptable. For the past two years, I've been going to Petco and things have been smooth and efficient every time. Just be forewarned if you choose to go here, the possibility of waiting for two hours plus is very real.

A surprisingly varied inventory, including most of the things found at a local hardware store plus farm and outdoor tools. Outdoor clothes, tools, gardening equipment, trailer parts, pet and small farm animal foods, baby chicks and ducks, etc.

I was there today picking up a few things for the rabbits I was there for about 10 minutes and 5 employees greeted me with smiles. I was also asked if I needed anything immediately. Seems like such a happy work environment. Love going in there!

The employees here are really awesome. I couldn’t find the canning jars I needed, but Jen looked up which stores had them in stock. She also helped me find the farm where I now buy my raw milk from. Thanks Jen!!
