This pharmacy staff is incompetent. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. They don’t even know how to read insurance correctly, will tell you your meds aren’t ready but the Walgreens Rx site says it is - of course they don’t know why the information contradicts itself but why bother fixing it right? What a joke.

They are completely not attentive here. I have been at this Walgreens for 15minutes waiting to pick up a prescription and no one is here even though they opened the pharmacy 30minutes ago. I am calling them and still nothing is being done.

My daughter called in a prescription for me on Saturday, they said it would be ready on Sunday at 10:00 am. She went to pick up her prescription Sunday afternoon and asked about mine and they said they were working on it. It is now Wednesday, lets see if they call today. Good thing it's not a life or death situation!!

Came here for a 'script. I wish I had read the reviews and lack of stars for this location beforehand. Yikes!
My dr called my prescription in and when I got to the pharmacy I was told the prescription couldn't be filled bcuz of xyz.
I called my insurance company and looked over my coverage, assured me that I was in-network and the rx should be covered at location. My insurance agent then offered to call the pharmacy and confirm everything with them.
The agent proceeded to call me back 10 minutes later to let me know that they had been put on hold for 8 minutes. And that I should retry.
I then went back and was told the same thing and that they didn't take my insurance.
I called my doctor back and he again called this location and proceeded to call me back to tell me he would send my prescription to a different pharmacy altogether.
As this location "did not understand how to fill" the rx correctly or "they must be very busy"... For the record the store had all of two customers and it when I was there.
Suffice to say, Stop & Shop Pharmacy had me in and out in under 20 minutes.
Thank goodness I have angels
looking out for me on my medical team.

Can't handle prescriptions. Screwed up a basic fill for over a week and I'm still waiting. This store needs to be audited.

RUDE RUDE RUDE bunch of pharmacists, especially the pharmacist wearing the hijab with glasses who refused to give me her name and who SLAMMED the gate down while I was talking last night (Feb 1 at 6:45pm)! The staff in the pharmacy is so unprofessional, impatient, and totally unhelpful! Nothing is worth the aggravation and disrespect that you get here - these people should not be working at all let alone handling people's medications! I definitely do not recommend going here! I've moved my prescriptions to the CVS down the street!

I have come 3 times by the drive truck and I have had to leave without my medication because they make you wait up to 25 minutes, and it is assumed that if you come by a drive truck it is so that they can serve you quickly right now I am here and it takes 20 minutes and they have not attended to me and two consultations have already been done, they have little attention, I am definitely going to change pharmacies.

I don't usually use Walgreens but had to go into urgent care on a Sunday and my regular pharmacy was closed. I waited 2 1/2 hours and was then told that although the pharmacy tech could access my prescriptions on her computer, the pharmacist could not find them on her computer. The pharmacy tech did not know how to fill the prescription and the pharmacist refused to fill it because she couldn't find it on her computer. I was sick as a dog and had waited 2 1/2 hours and was then turned away without my antibiotic. I had to drive home at night in the rain and will have to call the urgent care first thing in the morning and ask them to send the prescriptions to my regular pharmacy for pick up. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I will never go back to Walgreens. I don't think anyone in that Pharmacy knew what they were doing. What made it even worse as I am night blind and was not expecting to have to drive in the dark but because of the 2 1/2 hour wait was put in that position.

Waited for 30 minutes for a simple flu shot for the pharmacy tech to tell me show doesn’t know how insurance cards work. I didn’t get my flu shot

Absolute worst pharmacy service ever..all the people that are supposed to be working the counter are too busy trying to play dr .They are all trying to fill prescriptions and not serve the people waiting to pick up meds…

New day manager is rude as can be. Pointed out shoukd go to cvs instead and that the sale tags were expired so she didn't have to honor them. Great job hiring despicable managers Walgreens.
