Xfinity is staffed with incompetent employees who cannot resolve any issues. You will end up wasting your life waiting on the phone, in chats, or at the store without any progress or resolve. I am sharing this information across all platforms. Xfinity is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

If I could give 0 stars I would, have only been with them for 5 months , and have been in this office 3 times and each time had to come back and speak to another Incompetent moron. Staff is unprofessional, inappropriate, dishonest, Racist and uneducated. If I had ANY other company that served my area I would switch but unfortunately IM TRAPPED WITH THIS COMPANY..... I don't know about other stores BUT the MIDDLETOWN CT office is the worse store iv ever experienced. Iv seen then be rude to other customers while trying to resolve my issues.
COMPANY SHOULD DO COMPLETE RESTAFFING........

Nothing personally to this store. But to Xfinity mobile service. I have Xfinity home wifi because sadly that’s the only service I can use at my address. Customer service say if I use their mobile service I can get a good deal. Unfortunately I believe that, but they have no ideas what they were doing and couldn’t transfer my old number as promised after wasting my whole day. I have to switch back to T-Mobile. I didn’t use their mobile service. Not even a day and I got a $50 bill and customer says they are sorry but you have to pay for that. Worst company with worst services! Now I have to dispute it with my bank.

Pointless employees can’t help with anything then reach tech support online only to get a $6 credit after cable and internet being out for 8hrs three weeks in a row smh caused me to miss a full day of work and all I get is $6 with this expensive bills that that they charge Smdh ridiculous

Just a warning that the employees here will lie to you about being able to setup payment plans to pay off your device if you switch from another carrier to xfinity mobile. It’s not true (for Verizon at least) and they don’t care at all that you’re stuck with a large bill. I’m a single mom, every penny counts, and I’ll be switching back to Verizon as soon as possible.

they were unable to upgrade my phone due to not being the policy owner, but didn’t offer any suggestions on how to fix the problem. after doing my own research at home, I fixed the issue and came back the next day to try again… to be turned away. I was in contact with three different employees the two days I visited this location. I immediately spoke with xfinity customer service, who assured me I could get an upgrade today. I went to another location that immediately assisted me and I now have my upgraded phone.
