I came here,and told her I want to change my package. She said you should call customer service. And then I told her, I have one more phone number account. I want canceled it,she said you should call customer service too. So ,I m asking them, you guys what kind service you do there? For what you are open?? Lets close the store if we have to call customer service for everything. I m sorry but this s not good service.

We needed a new phone we were told if we opened a new line it would cost32 dollarsa months more when we got our bill now it is saying over 80 more month now I gotta go back Monday and tell em if they can't fix it
we have to cancel this transaction and look for a new provider after over 20 years with at&t

The management at this location is dismissive if there is no commission involved by selling u something , they are more prone to send u home and have u call customer service than help with technical issues, the Mall store is a better choice for service.

Went to AT&T today to get a new phone. I had an amazing experience I worked with Adam and he was awesome! He answered my questions and got me the phone I wanted! Definitely coming back to this location!

Julie is awesome… She is very patient and lovely, I always look forward to seeing her because I know she will take good care of me. I’m phasing out my Verizon services and opting for ATT... and my bill doesn't constantly change liked it did with Verizon.
