“This place is awesome! Johnny and his crew are the best! They fixed my daughter’s car perfectly, when we picked it up I was so happy with the work they did on it, perfect. It was all clean and ready to go for us. Love the way we were treated, can’t ask for better customer service. Highly recommend this place.”

“In this new era, it’s becoming harder to find true craftsmen , people who take genuine pride in their work and stand behind what they do. I first found Wayne’s Auto Body while living in Stratford after moving from Westport CT. Since then, life has taken me to Stamford, Manhattan, and now New Haven. Yet no matter where I live, I continue to bring my cars back to Wayne’s. They’re on time, trustworthy, and, most importantly, they’re a family-run shop that makes you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle in their hands. Their quality of work and old-school commitment to craftsmanship are becoming increasingly rare. There are plenty of auto body shops closer to me, but there’s a reason I keep coming back to Wayne’s. When you find people you trust who take pride in their craft, you stick with them. Highly recommend Wayne’s Auto Body.”

“I had a tree fell on my car and was highly recommended by my friends to bring the car to Traynor Collision Center and I was not disappointed. They did an excellent job at restoring the car back and even make it a bit better. The process was simple and Tony and the front desk girl helped us along the way. Highly recommended...”

“Giuseppe was a gem of a find. He takes extreme pride in his craft, which is pure art form. I had a pretty complicated job which he masterfully handled. Being a perfectionist, he asked to have the car back in 3 weeks to refine it. He is also a delight to work with and even waited an hour for me after close because I was stuck in traffic. While I hope my car never needs body work again, I would not go to anyone else.”

“I normally don’t take the time to write reviews for auto parts stores, but my experience at the Advance Auto Parts store in Milford was exceptional, and I feel the employees deserve to be recognized. The staff here are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. They genuinely take the time to understand what customers need and help them find the right parts and solutions. Their knowledge of auto parts is impressive, and their willingness to help makes a big difference. What really motivated me to write this review, however, was something I witnessed during one of my visits. Unfortunately, I saw a customer treating one of the employees with an unacceptable level of arrogance and disrespect, and the way she spoke to him came across as discriminatory and condescending. Despite this, the employee remained incredibly calm, patient, respectful, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Honestly, I was impressed by his professionalism. Not everyone would be able to remain that patient and respectful while being treated that way. Employees are human beings and deserve the same respect and dignity that they give to every customer. I believe good customer service should be recognized, especially when employees continue to provide excellent service even under difficult circumstances. The Milford Advance Auto Parts team has earned my respect and my business. This will definitely be my first choice when I need auto parts in the future. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work, patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. You are doing a great job! 👏”

“Getting a fender bender, or nicks needing minor or major repairs is virtually unavoidable. It hurts more if your car is beautiful. On the other hand, you recovered your sense of relief if you can count on your side an auto body shop that you trust is going to restore all those blemishes to the pristine beauty your vehicle had before. That shop is Tony's.”

“Been coming to them for years. Honest reliable work that they always price fairly. I live out of state now, and still bring my car back there when ever I'm in town because they are the only auto mechanics I trust.”

“As always a great experience at Napa. There is a running joke in my family about ending up at Napa on every road trip, it comes true quite often. Our alternator stopped functioning while on a road trip with my wife and young children. We made it to this Napa location, I went in and asked for the part. The staff located the alternator, explained the options, helped me locate tool sets because I stupidly didn't bring tools. They helped with loaner tools so I didn't have to buy everything. They let me wash up after I completed the swap of device. I couldn't have had a better experience at an auto parts store, we always seek out Napas for any needed auto repair.”

“I was so happy I was referred to Milford Cillision Center, the staff are amazing. Johnathan was so supportive, patience and caring. I was shown it was not all about the money but about meeting the client's needs and providing the best service needed on your car. I never leave reviews but after my accident and the service provided by MCC, I had to leave one. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO THIS PLACE 👌”

“Dennis' Auto Parts' customer service is excellent. They are very helpful people. They saved our time and most importantly our suffering on the way to our 6 day holiday in Maine because of a/c transmission and noise problem in our Honda car. We were on the way to Maine for a trip but had to stop in Milford because of this terrible noise coming from the right front side of the car. It was like our car was going to collapsed. It was a Friday. We normally first went to Milford, Honda. They refused to help us because we don't have an appointment with them and they have their own customers to take care of although it is early morning. We talked to their manager and tried to explain how desperate we are. No way. We were helpless. They told us to come on Monday, which means 3 days of obligatory stay in Milford for the car repair. We got very disappointed with them. They even did not help us to find another car repair place. We started searching around and came across this auto parts store, Dennis' Auto Parts. We explained what happened to us. They were so willing to help us. They basically called 3 different Auto Repair Shop to help us. And finally directed us to Angelo's Auto Center, which is basically same street. We went to Angelo's Auto Center and explained our situation. They were also very helpful and wonderful people. They fixed our problem in a very short time. They charged us a very reasonable amount of money. They saved our holiday too. What a wonderful business people these two businesses are. Their customer service is excellent. If we lived in Milford, we would have been their permanent customers. If you are on the way near Milford, don't worry, go directly to them. They will help you. They are very honest people. "Shame on Honda" in Milford.”

“I had quite an experience with Milford auto sound but needless to say the outcome was awesome, I don’t know their names but I know it was a father and son who took care of my issues , and I definitely want to give them a shoutout for working everything out so again thank you for everything and may God continue to bless you abundantly”

“Coming from far away Georgia with a dead Duralast Platinum battery from AutoZone for my car I held my breath……then I met Ana who personifies customer service at its best. She went online, confirmed my original purchase in warranty and lugged out a new one despite it outweighing her. I then explained some scratches on my car and she guided me to the aisle for a solution AND told me how to use the product. Visiting CT often I’ll be stopping at this Milford store first all my auto needs thanks to her ?”

“Could not more highly recommend Gary and his shop. Had extensive rust and corrosion to the point where water was coming inside through the roof. If you need body work done, this is the spot.”

“It's been a little over a week since I got my car up and running after 4 very long months. My vehicle needed a lot of repair to the front of the car, mechanically and esthetically. Gary and his partner treated me with sincerity and genuine care. My car is everything to me as a single mom....It's what I rely on to help me care for the needs of my family. So I appreciate the care, honesty, and professionalism of J & A Autobody. I highly recommend this body shop in Milford. Awesome work...So very grateful!”

“Joe made purchasing a car seamless. I was nervous because I previously had the same car for 12 years so I didn’t even know where to start. He worked with my budget and made sure the car I bought checked all the boxes without breaking the bank. Highly recommend going to see Joe for your next car purchase!”

“Oscar and Chuck are fantastic! I decided to treat my car to new windshield wipers. I'm tired of giving my money to Walmart and buying online products that are less than what they seem. I went in the shop a little wary since I am definitely not a car person; would they see that and not treat me with respect? That couldn't be farther from the truth! These are customer service pros - they saw someone who needed help, and provided it courteously and with great humor. Bonus points for Oscar installing the wipers for me and making sure that they worked properly before he returned to the store. I will a repeat customer until I stop driving!”
