“A few weeks ago I hit a deer with my brand new Forester. Cracks in my bumper and the entire passenger side shifted back. They fixed everything in just over a week, got me in a rental, and handled the insurance company without any effort on my end. When my car was finished, it looked showroom new, and they even detailed the inside and outside of the car for me! They also gave me a paint touch up kit for any future scratches! Everyone was super helpful and gave regular updates and explained everything! Cannot recommend them enough!”

“I normally don’t take the time to write reviews for auto parts stores, but my experience at the Advance Auto Parts store in Milford was exceptional, and I feel the employees deserve to be recognized.The staff here are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. They genuinely take the time to understand what customers need and help them find the right parts and solutions. Their knowledge of auto parts is impressive, and their willingness to help makes a big difference.
What really motivated me to write this review, however, was something I witnessed during one of my visits. Unfortunately, I saw a customer treating one of the employees with an unacceptable level of arrogance and disrespect, and the way she spoke to him came across as discriminatory and condescending. Despite this, the employee remained incredibly calm, patient, respectful, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Honestly, I was impressed by his professionalism. Not everyone would be able to remain that patient and respectful while being treated that way. Employees are human beings and deserve the same respect and dignity that they give to every customer.
I believe good customer service should be recognized, especially when employees continue to provide excellent service even under difficult circumstances.The Milford Advance Auto Parts team has earned my respect and my business. This will definitely be my first choice when I need auto parts in the future.

She went online, confirmed my original purchase in warranty and lugged out a new one despite it outweighing her. “As always a great experience at Napa. There is a running joke in my family about ending up at Napa on every road trip, it comes true quite often. Our alternator stopped functioning while on a road trip with my wife and young children. We made it to this Napa location, I went in and asked for the part. The staff located the alternator, explained the options, helped me locate tool sets because I stupidly didn't bring tools. They helped with loaner tools so I didn't have to buy everything. They let me wash up after I completed the swap of device. I couldn't have had a better experience at an auto parts store, we always seek out Napas for any needed auto repair.”

“Dennis' Auto Parts' customer service is excellent. They are very helpful people. They saved our time and most importantly our suffering on the way to our 6 day holiday in Maine because of a/c transmission and noise problem in our Honda car. We were on the way to Maine for a trip but had to stop in Milford because of this terrible noise coming from the right front side of the car. It was like our car was going to collapsed. It was a Friday. We normally first went to Milford, Honda. They refused to help us because we don't have an appointment with them and they have their own customers to take care of although it is early morning. We talked to their manager and tried to explain how desperate we are. No way. We were helpless. They told us to come on Monday, which means 3 days of obligatory stay in Milford for the car repair. We got very disappointed with them. They even did not help us to find another car repair place. We started searching around and came across this auto parts store, Dennis' Auto Parts. We explained what happened to us. They were so willing to help us. They basically called 3 different Auto Repair Shop to help us. And finally directed us to Angelo's Auto Center, which is basically same street. We went to Angelo's Auto Center and explained our situation. They were also very helpful and wonderful people. They fixed our problem in a very short time. They charged us a very reasonable amount of money. They saved our holiday too. What a wonderful business people these two businesses are. Their customer service is excellent. If we lived in Milford, we would have been their permanent customers. If you are on the way near Milford, don't worry, go directly to them. They will help you. They are very honest people. "Shame on Honda" in Milford.”

“Oscar and Chuck are fantastic! I decided to treat my car to new windshield wipers. I'm tired of giving my money to Walmart and buying online products that are less than what they seem. I went in the shop a little wary since I am definitely not a car person; would they see that and not treat me with respect? That couldn't be farther from the truth! These are customer service pros - they saw someone who needed help, and provided it courteously and with great humor. Bonus points for Oscar installing the wipers for me and making sure that they worked properly before he returned to the store. I will a repeat customer until I stop driving!”
