“Shocks auto body is the best place hands-down. I have used them two times and the first time was because A 60 foot tree landed on my car and my husband’s car and totaled my car out. But they were able to fix my car and did they do a great job that was in 2008 since then I had to use them again because of in automobile accident recently. And my car was given back to me like new. They do a great job on my car and my husband‘s car. I would recommend them for anybody. They are super friendly and the owner greets you. I do recommend this company 100%.”

Even though I couldnt get the part I was able to find some useful supplies to get back on the road. Not only was the counter staff helpful and friendly, the store manager went out of her way to help me out to make sure I was ok. Cant thank her enough for doing a nice deed for a stranger on a very hot day. Truly nice folks here.”

“Outstanding! My car was there for over a month for a small scrape, but this was no fault of Towne. If the damage is being covered by someone else’s insurance policy and that happens to be Geico, you’re in for a long haul/wait. Communication is seriously challenging if you’re/they’re dealing with Geico as Geico is not transparent or forthcoming about coverage, in fact specifically cryptic and make the process much more difficult than need be. Towne however, is absolutely fantastic! Alyssa and Gene are both thorough and communicate well and with candor. The auto body is not half-assed, the work is executed with great care resulting in a pristine perfectly matched finish and your car will be absolutely immaculate upon pick up. ??”
