This location needs to be shut down. The service was awful. The young lady, taking my order was on the phone talking in her AirPods, while I was trying to make my order. The food looked like it had been out for hours and not fresh at all. They were out of so many items, and at the end of it all I was told there was no more cornbread. Mind you I hadn’t even gone remotely close to them closing. I ended up not getting anything at all. I will not be returning to this location.

My wife and I walked into Boston Market last week and noticed that there were no rotisserie chickens in the ovens and the only item available was some "crispy chicken" offering. The sides looked less than fresh and nobody was dining in the restaurant. We didn't stay; very disappointed.

The fourth Boston Market that is closed and dark with signs on doors saying closed, sorry for the inconvenience. Not sure if they went out of business or not but looks that way.

Not sure if this place is permanently closed or what. Looks abandoned, went to go there today. Signs on doors that look like they have been there for months say "closed due to "machanical" problem". Weeds are overgrown out front. Drive up had cobwebs all over them like something out of the Addams family and the menu was not in the menu board.Even if this place WAS open, the appearance alone would make me drive right out and find somewhere else.

I guess Boston Market will be going the way of the slide rule and 8 track tape players. I think their business model demands more help per customer than other options. Just a few years ago I would eat there once or twice a week but Covid really kicked their butt and they haven't recovered. This particular location is closest to my house , waits became steadily longer, food steadily worse. They should just close it, it's obvious they no longer can afford to maintain the property. Lawn has been unmowed for months. I started to go to the Orange location which had always been better and it was but sadly now even that location is unacceptable. The last time I went there, a few months ago, they were out of... wait for it... Chicken. I go to Popeyes now, they have their problems too but their chicken is great if your in to fried chicken .

Not as good as it used to be. The outside appearance of the store is bad. Weeds and overgrown bushes. No curb appeal at all.

Ordered meatloaf looked like canned dog food. Flavorless. Do not buy.Used to pickup take out for over 30 years here, in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Quality is not what it once was

The place looks rundown. Seems as if they have cut corners in the ingredients they use. Does not taste the same. They have certainly cut cost on their packaging and the food is given in a flimsy container and a plastics thank you bag! Most of the time they do not have the drinks dispenser machine working. And the place has a musty rundown feel to it. Food is nasty! Not the same!

The service and food at this location are usually very good. The staff are courteous and usually pretty fast. I'd recommend this restaurant.

I went to drive through. The only thing I don't like, is if I ask for gravy on the side I never get it. It's always on the mashed potatoes and never enough.

I used to come to this restaurant all the time and i loved it. I was so disappointed with my trip to this location. First the good stuff: the staff is really sweet and the food was hot and the place seems clean although somewhat rundown. The soda machine was out of order and I had to pay 2.99 for what they called a 20oz coke but was actually a 16oz. The brownies got smaller and I'm not sure if it was fully cooked. there's no plates or metal utensils for dining in anymore. The plastic utensils were the tiny white ones that snap if press too hard (ask me how I know that). And a meal for one cost me 21 bucks. I don't think I'll go back. It's really too bad.
