Me, my son and his two friends drove an hour to check out Bounce Xtreme, and it was worth every mile. First off the staff, Mike and George were SO kind, and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. They talked me through payment, and waiver, told me which option to pay for to get the most for our money. They were very personable with the 3 boys…. Made them feel very comfortable and excited to be here!! They were right there when the boys had questions about the VR experiences with smiles on their faces. The bounce room is SUPER clean and shiny, the place even smelled good to my surprise!! We will absolutely be making the trip out here many more times, and the boys even said they wanted to have their Birthday parties here!! SO excited to have found this gem, exactly what my 13 year old needs to get that teen energy out and enjoy a few hours with his friends!!!

Extremely clean and wonderful climbing bouncing and sliding experience. The front desk person was so nice. My twin sons (5.5 years old) had a blast and so did I! my arms and abs and core are sore!! It was a great exercise! Definitely going back.

We had my son’s 6th birthday party there this past weekend. It was incredible!! From booking the party with Jason to throwing it with the help of Andre and staff, it was an absolute blast! Just when you thought the fun was over, another thing was brought on or done to keep the party going! Parents told me their kiddos had the best time and with that fell asleep on the way home out of exhaustion, haha! I would absolutely recommend booking your party at Bounce Extreme! Thank you to the staff for a time filled with memories for my son.

The place is absolutely amazing. We have been visiting for 2 years now. Staff is super friendly the place is clean. Kids have a lot of fun playing with other kids and they get the energy out.

I have been bringing my son here yearly when visiting my family. He loves it but he was disappointed that they didn’t have the giant slide anymore. That’s the first place he goes when he gets here. ??♀️ Hopefully they will bring it back. Otherwise staff on duty was helpful when we had problems with the arcade games.

Grandkids had a blast. Prices were good. Parking is difficult to find and the place is hidden back from the road east to drive past it.

I had my daughters birthday party here. It was an easy booking. Andre was very helpful. They were able to provide gluten free and regular pizza. The price was very affordable compared to other play gyms. For 3-5 yr olds, the facility was very suitable. They even have a cute virtual reality game that the kids loved. I found the place to be very clean. I did not see the bathrooms but I didn't hear anything bad about them either. Since the party we have been back once. It is a great weekend activity. We planned the party pretty late so the only time slot for that day was 5pm. We were given 2 hours and each child gets tokens for the specials ( virtual reality, bumper cars, etc). Kids must wear socks.Parents/ Adults are not allowed on the bounce equipment. There are a few benches for sitting that keep you in close proximity to keep an eye on your little. Most parents just stand along the side. They also have a few table and chairs in the arcade game area.My only issue was parking. It is located in a small shopping mall and down a little hill. So unloading all the stuff for the party had our car right in front of the door, blocking people from entering. I did find out that there was parking behind but it's a little out the way.

Play is relatively cheap compared to others around the area but I find it dirty. Lots of dust I’m sure no one is wiping down the sides or any bounce materials which is gross and unsanitary

Poorly run facility. Over crowded in a very small space. The toddler section is one inflatable and two mini single person trampolines. The attendees do not enforce the rules of not allowing older children there and the place is overrun by parties happening at the same time.

First time there and my son fractured his foot in the basketball bouncy house . The staff member was very kind and helpful. Sadly, I'm still in the emergency room after leaving your establishment. There definitely should be more safety measures in place.

My children had a good time here, but I couldn't wait to get out. It's very claustrophobic and the loud noise of the air blowers mixed with music is frustrating, because you can't have a conversation without raising your voice. There are really dark spaces and absolutely no natural light coming in (No windows...perhaps this contributes to the claustrophobic feel). Many of the machines and activities were not working. It's a strange hodgepodge of inflatables, arcade games, and odd machines. I found it difficult to look after two children at once because there's only one path across the room, and a lot of people trying to walk in different directions. The visibility is not good. I filled out a waiver ahead of time, and the employees didn't even ask me about whether or not I had. Long story short, I'm glad my kids had a fun time, but this place gave me really unpleasant vibes.
