Excellent repair service from start to finish. I called knowing something was wrong with my brakes. They took me in next morning, a big plus. Mechanic told me he'd take photos, big plus. They texted me photos of worn brake pads & rotors. Called w. estimate & I said go ahead. It was very fair priced. Also did an oil change for less than the local express place. My car was ready in about 3 hours, incredible. Bruneau's Auto lived up to the great reviews & was even better than expected. Nice people to deal with. Highly Recommend!

Had quote for about 175 more at dealership for rear brake job Bruneau's also honored my AAA membership and I had additional 10% off. The office manager is a very professional and friendly young woman. There was comfortable seating inside, but also walkable to a coffee shop. I was out of there in just a little over one hour.

An amazing experience. I dropped off my Ford Explorer off after hours with a note that I damaged the muffler and I thought for sure would need to be replaced. They contacted me by email when they opened Monday morning with an estimate for the repair. The price was a pleasant surprise and I authorized the work online. They called me 2 days later to say the vehicle was all set. I picked it up and it was like brand new! I would highly recommend Bruneau' auto in Milford!

The mark of a great garage is when they tell you DON’t need something. I took my Mother in Law’s car in for brakes. The dealer told her she needed all new brakes. Bruneau’s inspected the brakes and said they had plenty of life left.

GREAT SERVICE TOWED IN MY HONDA CIVIC ,NEEDED STARTER MOTOR AND THE REPAIR COST WAS REASONABLE COMPARED TO DEALERSHIP IMPRESSED THAT IT WAS DONE THAT SAME DAY WITH NO APPOINTMENT LIKED THAT I COULD BE HOME AND HAVE THEIR SHUTTLE PICK ME UP WHEN CAR WAS READY WILL CONSIDER USING BRUNEAUS FOR MY REGULAR MAINTAINCE NOW THE GUYS ARE NICE TOO !

I went to Firestone in west haven. Today 8/20/24. And waited for 4 hours. for them to let me know i had a broken seperntin belt and 1 pulley. That I Already saw it broken and wrapped around the pulley and tensioner.
They came to me and gave me an estimated me with 2 - pulleys and 2 belts for $800 parts and labor
I went to BRUNEAU'S Auto Here. Met Rachael Very friendly and professional Mark the expert machanic. Work together with Mark. He took it apart and told me. I only need 1 seperntine belt. That's a honest machanic. The long belt that wrapped around the pulley that was broken. And 1 pulley with the tension. Rachael than priced me out
. It took Mark only 40 minutes to get it done. And he test drive it on the freeway For 10 minutes to make sure the belt runs correctly. Total out of the door with + Tax : $350.
SO PLEASE people. The bad reviews by the customers ARE TRUE. FIRESTONE Auto are a SCAM. DO NOT GO THERE ! go to smaller auto shops. They do honest work and you WILL save half the price. LIKE AT Bruneau's Auto. Here you Can not go wrong.

got towed there by AAA. car moved right into a stall, when taken into the stall to show me the problem I noticed the area was well maintained and safe, comfortable place to wait and the people and Mark and the other service people were great. Highly recommend it.
