Communication from the shop is superb! I haven't experienced anything like the process they use to keep customers informed. They sent me texts twice a week on specific days in addition to a phone call each week to keep me apprised of the repair status of my vehicle. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The work completed was excellent (repaired damage to bumper and lift gate). The speed and efficiency of the process was also excellent. Once my car was ready to pick up, I was able to return my rental vehicle at Caliber. The whole process took 11 minutes. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I needed to take my vehicle to the shop for body repair damage. My Insurance provider offered me a selection of three repair shops. I ultimately decided on “Caliber Collision” I am pleased to report that my decision was a good choice.
During my initial phone Conversation with the associate, I found him to be both professional and clear regarding the repair process for my vehicle. I bought my car in for inspection, the courteous demeanor of the staff remained consistent throughout my experience. Associate Xavier assessed the damages thoroughly.
Fast forward, I returned to the shop for the actual repairs, where associate Xavier continued to keep me updated on what’s going on with my vehicle as promised. I dropped off my vehicle on a Friday and received a call the following Thursday informing me that it was ready for pick up. I was pleasantly surprised that my vehicle was ready so quickly, as I had been using a rental car for which I was incurring out-of-pocket expenses. The prompt service significantly reduced my rental costs.
Upon picking up my vehicle. I Was delighted to see that it looked as good as new, just like the day I purchased it. Additionally, they had taken the time to clean both the interior and exterior of my vehicle. I am completely satisfied with the quality of work performed. As a happy customer with no complaints, I will certainly choose “Caliber
Collision” again in the future. I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone uncertain about where to take their vehicle. Thanks to everyone at “Caliber Collision” for their outstanding service.

Caliber collision did a great job restoring my vehicle to look identical to how it was prior to the accident. The paint came out very nice and it is impossible to tell it was ever dented!

My mom’s car was fixed here less than 6 months ago. 1. The paint is already chipping off. 2. They used zip ties to tie the liner. 3. They were missing some plugs. Terrible.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision for any auto body/glass repair needs. Although I chose them as a “blind” recommendation from my Travelers insurance company, related to a collision claim submission, I couldn’t be happier with the whole process! It was seamless! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and total experts at coordination, between insurance companies and car rental services. They even had my car repaired 3 days earlier than expected! And the repairs were superb! Thank you Caliber!
