Basically a giant building to get a fraction of banking done two ATMs I believe and that's all no traditional bank tellers. Can't service most banking needs basically there to advise and open accounts.Not worth the stop unless you only need the ATM. Would not recommend otherwise.

Nice staff but not a full service bank. Couldn't withdraw a large amount and have to go to another branch.

The fact that I arrived at 8:35 (they open at 8:30) just to have a quick Notary done that did not happen. I am a working man and my workingnday begins at 9. When i arrived it was just the teller, manager and myself. The manager got on the phone AFTER my request. After about 10 minutes on the phone, the manager was off and the teller went to tell her I was sitting there. I sat another 5 minutes. No one came and I finally got up and left. They are happy to have my money but suck at customer service. I'll use my other bank out of inconvenience

I come to this bank often, it's weird to me that they'd ask me for three forms of ID to withdraw money from MY account. But hey, at least I feel secured that they're checking everyone that way. But the wait to be attended at the drive thru window took a while. Maybe next time it'll be a breeze. Chase, get on the ball. I don't like switching banks often.

I went into this branch for assistance from one of the personal bankers to help me start a claim. Let me tell you, this personal banker was inconsiderate and rude. She wanted nothing to do with me at all, which I was a little taking back as to why would one treat someone in the manner that she did. She told me should couldn't help there's nothing she could do. So, I asked Fernanda Pimentel can you at least call customer service to see if a claim can be filed she told me no. Therefore, I asked her for their number and she told me it's in the back of your card. I started to dial the number and she told me to excuse myself from her cubicle in case other customers come as if I wasn't a customer. She need additional training this banker have no people skills and she didnt know who I could of been. Thank god for reviews because my voice will be heard. If I knew this is how their banker treat their customer I would of never came to Chase Bank!

Having worked at another bank's HQ for 3 years, I can happily say that Chase knows what it's doing compared to the bank I used to work at. I went in to open a new account and was greeted warmly by a few different people who worked there. The gentleman who helped me wasn't trying to push me into any new products or accounts while I was there, and he was happy to help me prepare what I needed to open a future business account as well. All in all the experience was wonderful and I've had zero problems in the first couple of months I've had my account there. They even forgive OD fees if you deposit the money by ATM same day - no other bank offers this as far as I know - so just in case you need it, they don't penalize you for a mistake.
