Very good customer service. Very polite with their customers. Explain things so you can understand. No longer waiting to be connected to someone. Prices may seem high but with the cost of everything going up it's understandable. I will stay with them.

Absolutely not helpful. Have them for years and I can't wait to find someone new. Trying to get a hold of them is a joke. You can and get route to someone who doesn't know anything about the business. They aways say they have to contact another that will get back to me. Then they always email days later. I called so I want a call returned. Emailed the lady back, and I can sense she had an attitude. Lack of customer service and any connection. Not sure what happened to this place.

Had to see an agent in person, as I had multiple questions about an auto insurance quote and this office is closest to me. Here I had the good fortune to meet Mariely, who not only answered all of my questions, but went above and beyond to help me with a tough transition from out of state. She is an asset to this agency and to State Farm!

Erick my best 5 star buddy...sorry I have to leave you, but you didn't lower my insurance you increased knowing that I don't have accidents, DUI, or bad driving record. You still my boy but not my state farm agent. If you could find me a better deal than what I got now, we could be in business again. Best Wishes for you. El Flecha.
