  We are so disappointed with the air conditioner in screen 5 today. It turned off and it is so suffocated and hot. Please maintain the air conditioning and sound.

  Today I went to see a movie with my husband, the movie was shown at 7:35 it was in room 8, the name of the movie Demon slayer, the youth of the ticket who did not ask for the tickets demanded identification 🆔 only to my husband and me clearly demonstrating that it was why we were Latinos since this had never happened to us and it was only to us, it should be noted that in the room there were children without adult supervision which he let pass without asking for ID, I also tell you that I am 33 years old and my husband 28 so we clearly see each other as adults and we have gone to this cinema many times and our ID was never questioned, when we gave it to him he spoke to us recklessly and with harassment, please be careful when they go especially if they are Hispanic.

  The customer service at the food counter was insulting. The employee may not know how to be respectful, as the way she talks to customers is disgusting.

  Avoid watching the Tamil movie Cooklie in Screen 13 — the sound was terrible and ruined the experience.

  Worst theatre experience ever. The speakers were literally not working— sound was muffled and unclear throughout the entire movie. Completely ruined the experience.

  This has been the only theater I would choose in CT for imax. By far the best set size and sound wise. But this whole month they’ve chosen odd times to play movies in imax. None of the super hero movies are showing in imax and weapons is only showing at 11am. Super bummed. And then there’s literally only one other movie in imax much later in the day.

  My experience with the attendant along with general manager Regina was outright inflammatory. A request was made for ID, even though we prepurchsed tickets online. Your policy explicitly states that ID is required for R-rated movies, however, no ID would be required for PG rated moves. This discriminatory action was based on what? What made her single out my family? Was it race, age, what made her go against your company policy? This raises concerns about whether similar experiences are being faced by other marginalized groups within this customer base. Is this tag team aiming at certain groups to go through with a fine tooth comb and make assumptions at their discretion? Is racism now permeating the companies policies and practices based on an individual's discretion as opposed to the company policy?
  My husband has been a Cinemark movie member for years, and has patronized this business for so long to now be targeted by these women who feel they hold the authority to make decisions at their will despite company policy.
  Then had the nerve to flag a guard over despite our calm yet assertive demeanor this suggested that her perception of threat was influenced primarily by our racial identity. All of which could be correlated with footage review from the cameras.

  Had one of the worst experiences ever at this theater. My friends and I came to see Superman, and everything was going fine until the cashier started giving us major attitude for no reason. She claimed we weren’t 17 and said we had to be that age to watch a PG-13 movie, which makes no sense. We ARE 17, we just didn’t have IDs on us.
  
  Instead of being understanding or even polite, she was super rude, dismissive, and talked down to us like we were trying to sneak into an R-rated movie or something. She had no reason to treat us the way she did. We were excited for this movie—it was the main plan for our day—and she completely ruined it. Honestly, never coming back here again. If you want to be disrespected for no reason, this is the place.

  Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a movie theater. We came in excited to see Superman, had our whole day planned around it, and it was completely ruined by the rude and condescending cashier at the front. She looked us up and down and claimed we “weren’t 17” and needed to be to watch a PG-13 movie. First of all, we ARE 17—we just didn’t have our IDs on us. Instead of handling it professionally or even with a shred of kindness, she gave us major attitude, talked to us like we were lying, and acted like she had some kind of personal vendetta.
  
  She clearly enjoyed the power trip and made no effort to help or explain anything nicely. She was disrespectful, dismissive, and made us feel completely unwelcome. The whole experience was humiliating, and we walked out furious and disappointed. We had one simple plan: to enjoy Superman. Thanks to her, that was completely ruined. Never coming back to this theater again.

  One of my favorite theaters. Staff is always happy and helpful. Also very nice to walk to a restaurant before or after a good flick.
