The heavy set white male that drives the Chrysler that works the afternoons has a terrible attitude. I refuse to go there anymore if he's working. Everytime he's working he never let's me use my points. I informed him at the beginning of my transaction I wanted to use points he never processed my points or let me use them and this isn't the first time he doesn't speak to the customer smile or greet people
