Generally the experience has been very good. As a customer for decades the expansion of goods into more durable goods has been favorable. The precious metals experience is straightforward in the store, competitive pricing with the extra benefit of reward dollars, but the "cue" is a bit cumbersome. The only reason not 5 stars is the parking and crowding issue of most days, no longer a weekend phenomenon in these inflated pricing environment.

Very busy, as always. Not a place place for a quick in and out shopping experience. As disappointed with men's clothes. Meat and seafood experience was excellent. Dry goods experience was similar to BJs

The parking lot is THE WORST. I’ve been a member for years and this parking lot keeps me from shopping at this location. I am considering canceling my membership after my son was hit by someone’s cart there. It’s an extremely packed lot, pedestrian UNfriendly.

Parking lot is the absolute worst. Really brings out the worst of people and even when you on foot loading up your car with groceries you got typically got 2 vehicles waiting for your spot(which i usually wouldn’t mind) except 99% of the time they are blocking me in😂 so yeah parking is a huge problem at this location

Good store but this is one of the worst parking lots in all of America —i’ve been all over the country and have never seen anything like this before. While most wholesale stores, like the nearby BJs in Fairfield + Costco in Norwalk have ample parking and have dug under the ground to make more space, the infrastructure at this store is outdated and insufficient. This space is by no means meant to be a costco. This building is meant to be a stop and shop or a shoprite. This store should either close down and find another area nearby that is large enough or invest the money to improve the parking situation, which frankly is dire.

I gave up my membership 15 years ago It wasnt worth Taking my life in my hands By driving in to find a parting spot.... People drive like Morons IN the lot and Same with they're carrages in the store too Obviously there are some good deals depending on what your looking for I've been a Sams club and Bj's member as well as Costco each place is kinda the same type of buisines not worth the membership fee for the headaches

Best play to shop for people with large families or you just like to eat a lot, restaurants, and other types of businesses. They have lots of stuff you can buy in bulk and store-up.
