Costco Tire Center is a great tire center with pretty good and competitive prices. Service is excellent, with staff described as kind, attentive, friendly, and professional. They are fully staffed, answer questions, give good tips, and explain everything. The team goes above and beyond, handling issues quickly and staying late to finish appointments. Ordering online is easy and seamless for buying tires, tracking orders, and making installation appointments. Discounts are applied automatically, and installation, lifetime rotation, and balance are free. The parking lot is huge, though it can be quite busy, especially on a Saturday afternoon. While walk-in service is sometimes possible, appointments are recommended as the center can be packed. Customers report it is great to finally be in good hands and that they will be getting their tires from Costco from now on.
Guys here are great. Really helpful and polite. Was a bit skeptical bringing the Lexus outside the dealership to get the tires replaced and mounted but this guy are really careful and professionals at what they do. Totally recommended.
