I worked with Rich Craven. He kept me up to date every step of the way. Once the car arrived he went above and beyond to make sure I understood the features of the car. I appreciate his time and follow through. Much better experience from the last time I leased a car from Honda.

Extremely friendly staff! Ashley made the car buying process simple. She answered all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in and provided the service records that I needed to make my final decision. This has least stressful vehicle purchase I've ever made.

Bought a 2024 CR-V EX-L from Frank and it was super easy. Asked lots of questions and felt everything was straightforward, even got a good deal on my trade-in. Buying a car is a huge financial decision but the team made it exciting, and I left the lot very confident and happy about my new vehicle. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a quick, stress free sales process.

Came here to see if my lease had equity. They ended up having a manual hatch that I decided to take for a test drive. Worked with Daniel who was patient and professional. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Even Mark the finance guy was extremely personable and friendly. I highly recommend Daniel and Milford Honda for your next car purchase.

I purchased my new car from Honda of Milford. Overall the experience was great in every way the employees there are super friendly and I worked with an awesome dealer named (Manny) Emanuel Santiago) He made the whole car buying experience a breeze. He kept in touch with me every step of the way during the delivery process and was there to answer any and all questions I had. After I took delivery of my car he gave me a rundown of all the features and functions of the vehicle and I drove out of the dealership with a smile. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Excellent service! I went to several Honda dealerships to price different deals and was so happy I ended here! Great group to work with! All managers were wonderful.. They worked out a perfect deal in my price range. There were no surprises or extra fees. If you go here you will be in the best of hands! I look forward to returning! Thank you to Nicolas and Lou! And also to the finance manager. Exceptional service! I love my new accord!

Sale rep took time to let me look at the car I wanted, did not rush me nor try to get a sale from me at the time. Once I returned the second time although the car I wanted was sold, the sale rep who again was Keith Knuffke showed me another car which was used in good condition. Keith let me look over the car interior/exterior/trunk/engine/door sills and tires; I put some money down so I could hold the car. I gave him information needed to get ready to purchase the car.The next day was the test drive which went well and then the paperwork which went well. Keith was great, I give Milford Honda good praise. My used car a 2018 Civic Coupe, I will take care as I have my other cars.Honda has previously provide me a used car for my son (2014 Civic 4 Door) which he picked out and had the same good service I just had.Keep the same service level throughout the car buying process Honda of Milford, I will recommended your location to others looking for new or used Honda’sSincerely, Patrick

Business manager JOSUE tried to scam my mother out of $3500. Did not explain clearly and tried to confuse her on what is mandatory and what we were electing to purchase. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Beware of this place. I went there in early May, explaining that I needed a car by mid-June for work travel. Was told that my car would arrive "worst case, end of May". After 2.5 weeks and hearing nothing, I emailed the salesman who said he would talk to his sales manager and get me an ETA. After another week, he finally emailed that they were "hoping" for the beginning of June. I then spoke to the sales manager and asked him, "So basically you have no idea when this car is coming?" His response? "Yes, that is more accurate." No communication from the salesman to tell me there was a delay. They had no idea when the vehicle was coming. I spoke to another local Honda dealership and told them what I was looking for. They told me right away that it would be 4-5 months. At NO point did the salesman in Milford ever tell me that it would be that long or contact me to notify me that the car was delayed.Edit in response to owner's response to my review: I was never told that there was a delay until I reached out to your salesman. Your salesman told me on May 2nd that "worst case" would be end of May. When your dealership learned of the delay, customers should have been notified.
