The unit didn’t have the vaccine I was looking for and they were unable to advise me what other unit from CVS could have.

Really bad customer service in the pharmacy and the wait times will make you regret having a prescription sent here. But mostly, the staff is just nasty in the pharmacy. I have never left a google review before, but I felt so disrespected I feel like leaving one. Ew

This place used to be great but has gone downhill. There are still good staff, but a lot of them who are terrible at their job. Now that you can't contact the pharmacy directly, and have to leave a voicemail regarding your prescription, things have only gotten much worse. The pharmacy will sometimes ignore my messages and not call me back, and when they do, it's clear that they never even listened to my message. And if they do manage to call you back, they are often extremely rude, and talk to you like you're a moron. I recently had one of the staff straight up HANG UP ON ME because he didn't like that I had a few questions about my prescriptions. This happened after he tried to fill a prescription with a doctor that I hadn't seen in over a year, and kept telling me that I needed to call my new doctor for a prescription, even though there was a new one right in front of him that had just been called in. He rudely brushed off any questions I had and was very difficult to understand...he was mumbling a lot, sounded like he had marbles in his mouth. Kind of a problem when your customers need things explained succinctly and patiently.
The vast majority of customers like us don't have to deal with this kind of thing day in, day out. We don't have to deal with insurance companies all day, we don't know how prior authorizations work or why a company won't fill a particular medication. We don't know how a lot of these things work, because we only have to deal with them once in a while, not everyday like you do. But it doesn't make us idiots, and we don't deserve to be treated as such just because you don't like answering questions that seem basic to you, but important to us.
I get that it must get annoying having to explain the same things to customers again and again. I get that you're always super busy, and probably understaffed. But we deserve your respect. And to the workers that are still doing a great job despite everything, thank you. I feel bad for you that coworkers who are terrible at their job will probably reflect poorly on you. Please keep at it, you make our experiences as customers better. We notice you doing a great job, and we appreciate it more than you know.

I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone in Milford. As a matter fact I will be passing the word beyond Google. They treat their customers with disrespect. I was released out of the emergency room and was going there to pick up my prescription and his lunch break was more important.Guess what I'm home in extreme pain right now because of your employee,thank you CVS! Thank you Eric in the drive-through I'm home in extreme pain because you did not fill my prescription and your lunch was more important.Actually I had to edit my post because I just realized they weren't supposed to leave early for lunch I had two more minutes of his time. January 24, 2025 1:28 PM. I hope CVS talks to you about treating Their customers With a little more respect.I guess lunch was more important than a customer.

They are always severely understaffed. I waited in line for almost 45 minutes at 5:30on a Friday. There were only 4 pharmacy members that I could see including the drive thru.

CVS is terrible. No one answers the phone at the pharmacy. You wait forever in line. The self check out never works. Steer clear!

Great place and excellent care. I have had to switch prescriptions due to insurancr and they have been able to seamlessly get what I needed.

I’m glad I changed my pharmacy to cvs bc it’s open every day, whenever I need mine and my families prescription it’s open 7 days a week.
