Great place and excellent care. I have had to switch prescriptions due to insurancr and they have been able to seamlessly get what I needed.

I’m glad I changed my pharmacy to cvs bc it’s open every day, whenever I need mine and my families prescription it’s open 7 days a week.

I have been shopping at CVS on Bridgeport Avenue for many years and have always been happy with the customer service. Last week I noticed that the amount of litter in the parking lot, which looked like it was there for awhile, is a real problem. It makes the store look dirty and uncared for. I spoke to the manager last week and I'm hopeful that the parking lot will be cleaned on a regular basis. It's important to be a good neighbor.

I never had a problem with any employee until today. There's a young girl that works in the pharmacy that's VERY rude. I never complain but she has to go . My daughter told me that she's heard others complain about her. The rest of the pharmacy employees are very friendly and nice. If I get her again I'm changing my pharmacy. I've been going to CVS since they opened.

they do NOT answer the Phone! they pick up and hang up. This happened two days in a row. I got through today on hold and laid the phone down forgetting i was on hold an hour later still on hold.I called the front desk and they transferred me back on hold before i hung up another 20 mins. later.the line out the drive way yesterday unbelievable at the window.the line in the store the same. Today i send someone in for me and they said script rejected by ins but failed to say what the script was or who the dr. was.the pharmacy is horrible. the shelves often bare or over the counter needs.

I take 16 prescriptions a month and get the excellent service here at this CVS. And u can believe me when I say great service. I’ve used over 5 different pharmacies in milford and this crew is far and away the best! Thank you CVS. It’s so nice not to have to worry about my meds. Great work!!!

I normally go through the drive-through. I tried to explain to the CVS pharmacy employees that you can't see a sign at all in the beginning of the drive-through, saying which lane is closed, in order to find out which lane is closed do you actually have to drive in that second lane and then find out oh wait, it's closed .my word were not appreciated they just got an attitude with me .They have two lanes. If one of their lanes isn't working, you have to drive up to the 2nd lane to find out so you lose your place in the first line. And their second lane apparently doesn't work a lot there's nothing worse than trying to be in line, and finding out the line isn't really a line because it has a sign on it and says that it's not working. But you don't find that out until you're out of the first line and into the second line .you think that they would put a sign up for people to see before , they actually get in line. So they know where to go these people are goddamn idiots and they are sooo rude and obnoxious.

Staff at this branch are usually great. However yesterday, not so great. I scheduled a drive through COVID test and arrived 15’ early. Unfortunately, when I went to start my car for the appointment my car wouldn’t start. So I put on my mask and went to the pharmacy to explain my issue. The clerk asked the person working the drive through what they wanted me to do. I was told I needed to walk all the way around the building and go to the drive through window. When I arrived I was asked to wait. So not only was I humiliated standing at a window meant for cars as 5 cars backed up on the other lane but I was short of breath and feeling lousy. I shared that I was humiliated with the COVID tester and he said this is the only way we can do this. I told him he could of given me the test earlier. His response was, you’ve got to be joking, you could get us all sick! I think CVS should of handled this differently. 1. Given me the directions to take the test and have me do it in my car and drop the test in the drive through box, or 2. Offered me a later appointment date. 3. They should of had two separate people working the drive through, one for COVID testing and one for fulfilling medication.

In reality Zero stars! Second time in the last two months I was given the wrong person’s medication. To make this time even worst, at the drive through picking up what I thought was to be my medication. I was asked for me ID, being that I was in pain and annoyed after waiting 20 minutes I did. Fine, no issue with that. The attendant did NOT say thank you or goodbye (rude) nor say I put in your ID Lose in the shoot. Thank goodness I felt to see if they were in the bag. Nope! I get my ID and credit card returned loose (first time ever), typically at any CVS I have ever gone to the attendant at the drive thur places in with the medicine and says thank you. So, off I go and head home. Now frustrated and in pain I can’t wait to start to start taking my medication. Now the great part, NOT MY MEDS! I get a different person’s narcotics. Why ask for ID if your not even going to be looking at it! BTW names weren’t even close. So, I call the stores pharmacy and sat on hold 10 minutes. Now, even more annoyed, I have to drive back to the store and wait again to return that which is not mine. Now frustrated, in pain, and annoyed that I had to wait yet again am told your prescription isn’t ready. Seriously!

Refused to fill my Ivermectin prescription despite the fact it was prescribed by a Dr. for a legit medical purpose. Good to know who you can trust when the chips are down, these people are slime. Will be switching to another pharmacy not run by dbags.
